Came in here today for a Brazilian blowout/cut and the results are absolutely amazing!! My hair was so dry, frizzy and covered with split ends everywhere. My hair gets so easily tangled that I've given up on trying to brush it everyday. Although my hair is pretty dark, there was no shine and just looked dull. The process took just a little over an hour and immediately once Sarah started to blow dry my hair, there was already a significant difference. My hair right now is so silky, soft and the shine is just WOW. Now I know what they mean when they say glass hair. I can easily run my fingers through my hair and absolutely no tangles. I've gotten a Brazilian blowout before a year ago but it was nowhere near as shiny as this. The photos don't do justice! My hair had layers previously so it was kind of hard to get rid of all the split ends but she did the best she could and I'm beyond satisfied. Walked out that salon feeling like a brand new person! Sarah was so sweet and knowledgeable and really made sure that I got the results that I wanted. The difference of when I walked in and when I walked out is incredible. Absolutely ridiculous. I was scheduled to spend over $400 on my hair with Sarah and I waited outside for 40 minutes. No calls, no text, nothing. She just didn't show up at all. The other stylists said this a regular occurrence for Sarah. Sarah called me the day before to confirm my appointment and move it back 30 mins. You would think that for over $400, you could show up on time. She's a complete waste of time. read more

Sarah did an amazing job on my hair. My hair had grown out and was in desperate need of help. However, after my hair appointment with Sarah, my hair was revived back to life and beauty once again. Sarah processed a root touch-up for a base color then added full highlights . I love how the various shades blends together. Absolutely beautiful. When I booked my appt with Sarah on the phone, I was so impressed with the extra care she put in, asking me to send her a current photo of my hair and also photos of what I hope to achieve with my cut & all over color, so she could be prepared for our appointment. However, I was disappointed to find out at my appointment that she didn't even look at what I sent her and did nothing to prepare for my appointment. My appointment was at 2pm, she was running late and didn't get to me until 2:40...40mins late! She looked at me and said, what cut do you want? I said, cut & color, umm my appt was for a 2hr cut, all over color and blowout? She tried to play it off like she knew that, yet as she was getting started with me, her 3pm appointment was checking in! I was thinking poor lady, she will definitely have to wait long. But as I'm overhearing her talk to the next client, Sarah was hoping to be done soon, just go shop and eat somewhere nearby, wth?! Sarah proceeded to quickly cut my hair to the length I wanted and started to mix color. I was so surprised when she asked me to lay back on the chair, head into the sink and started to just dump the dye onto my hair like applying shampoo, literally! I know I'm getting an all over color, but what happend to applying to my roots layer by layer 1st, not to mention cover my grays??!! I asked her why this process, other salons don't do this for me, Sarah said, "Not every client want to take all day and every stylist has their own method". I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but knew she was rushing to get this done, as she obviously made a mistake with scheduling! After just 20mins, she washed out my color and started to cut my hair. Color turned out ok, but of course the grays were NOT covered. The noticeable grays around my face/ears are not even covered, so disappointed as I came home to get a closer look. Sarah was nice, but I'm so disappointed and now even mad as I see all the grays still showing on my hair. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know, but this was not right. She was rushing, seemed very distracted, not detailed or careful with her work. And she seemed like she was listening but you later find out she was not, when she would ask the same question you answered her not long ago. I was really hoping that Sarah would be my new forever stylist when I talked to her on the phone, but turned out to be so disappointing. She's nice, I wish her continued success and hope she gets a chance to read this review to be more mindful if her goal is to get more permanent clients that will come back! Too bad my experience was not good like the other clients who had her on a good day. I sure hope she didn't treat me like this because I purchased a Groupon. I thought the goal of Groupons were to bring more customers to you and keep them as long time customers though?!!! read more

I had made an appointment with Ulta and had to cancel and reschedule. When I showed up I was told no appointment was scheduled. (I didn't confirm I guess). Extremely disappointed I sat in my car researching the treatment I was looking for, and found elite elements and every review was excellent so I called . Sarah spoke to me in the phone about my hair situation and said I could book an appointment for the next day! I never expected my dry, coarse , curly and unruly hair to turn out so wonderful. In fact I waited 72 hours to leave a review after I washed it. Sarah had very good advice and suggestions . She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Cant wait to go back for the coloring session. I went in to see Sarah for a Brazilian blowout in late September and felt happy with the results after I left but also had a few issues after. After calling multiple places and needing a Brazilian blowout done ASAP I was surprised when she said she hadn't updated her website and did only Cezanne Blowouts. I had received one a few years back and hardly could remember the results but I obviously didn't ever get another one because it just doesn't work on my 3b/3c curly long coarse hair. Since I needed one done before my wedding, I went ahead with it two weeks before the date. I was charged the full price of the Brazilian blowout but she also threw in some extra product at the end and was running late with another client before and after. I was surprised that they were not products that helped prolong the treatment but possibly strip it even more. Well, it's been six weeks and you can hardly even notice I got the cezanne treatment done. My hair is actually more frizzy than before. I really didn't want to say anything negative about Sarah because she listens and is very nice but I just expected something this expensive and for my wedding day to have lasted a lot longer and had better results since it's not my first cezanne or Brazilian or keratin treatment. She had wonderful reviews so I booked an appointment! I came in and told her my previous Brazilians blowouts that I have had the past few times did not really hold in my hair. She told me that she has a better treatment other than the Brazilian blowout.. which is better and more effective! It is called Cezanne!! WOW!! Amazing difference! First it does not smell and no need to use a fan, cover your face and no burning of the eyes because of the chemicals. I am 8 weeks out from having the Cezanne treatment and I still LOVE it!! My hair is still frizz free, smooth, straight and drying time is nothing!! I highly recommend Sarah for any service! If you are looking for another alternative to a Brazilian blowout!
