As someone who has multiple medical problems needing close monitoring and treatment, that is saying a lot. Dr. McNagny not only delivers thorough, smart, and impeccable care to me, she treats me with respect as a human and as a whole person, not just as a patient. When I had a (successful!) major surgery recently, Dr. McNagny spent a solid three months leading up to it checking in with me at least weekly to get me ready. She motivated me to get and be well--pricless. Her Masters in Public Health gives her extra understanding of how our American medical system works (or does not). She uses her savvy to the great benefit of her patients by advocating in ways I never knew possible. Also, her staff know me by name and are all great at what they do. She is so sweet and gentle, and is very understanding when I halfway hyperventilate at every exam. There have been a few times Ive called in to get test results (even though no call usually means its ok, I like to check anyways) and I have ALWAYS received a call back in a timely manner. 1) The office staff here could not possibly be more rude. I've been a patient here for a while…read moreand it's gotten worse and worse consistently. I've actually been hung up on a couple times just asking basic questions about my prescriptions or trying to make appointments. 2) Doctors are good if you are fortunate enough to actually see one. Most of the time you will end up with a PA who don't have the skills or experience to actually diagnose and treat an issue. You can expect a waste of time in this case, and a referral to speak to a doctor, most likely a specialist on another date. So this means another co-pay and more time missed from work, etc.

Call backs happen promptly. The first time I met with Dr. Fogg, she asked me so many questions (not just about my personal health) to try to get a sense of who I was and what might be important issues for my health care. Now it was over five years ago, but I remember her spending a full hour with me during that first appointment. She is very approachable and seems to truly care about her patients' health. A couple of years ago, I had a medical concern and actually emailed her through the patientsite website. She returned my email promptly (within 2 hours and it was after 8pm) and I was able to schedule a time to see her within the week. I truly believe that she provides outstanding medical care and prevention tips. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor.
