I was kind of starving, because I was offered sugary foods which I was not supposed to have, like Yoplait yogurt, sugary cereal and white bread. When a female staff member tried to cut the Urgent Care tag from my arm, she cut into my flesh with her scissor. It was unbelievable that a trained health care professional be that negligent. The scissor must have been contaminated because the wound got infected and I had to obtain some antibiotic cream to stop the infection.

One nurse wasn't concerned at all about my weight drop and my husband had to ask if the baby is ok and safe. It was really a huge let down to receive such bad treatment but at 37 weeks, there's no time to switch care or do anything really.
