Stopped in this AM for my bi-yearly scraping and poking...no cavities! The staff is very nice - my hygenist is an older woman but very efficient and professional. Doesn't really chat me up too much which is OK when poking around in my grill. Dr. Sisson is very personable - I know he lives locally and this (to my knowledge) is his only location. They have a punch card where after so many visits you get a gift card - not a bad deal for my family since we fill this out quickly. Suitable for the entire family - wife approves. Note that the lobby smells like bread from the Subway first thing in the morning. Seriously will hit you in the face when you first walk in.

HOWEVER, I will say that this is the first time from start to finish. I changed dentist due to my work and location so this past winter I was looking for a new dentist. I asked a co worker of mine and she recommended this dentist. I did my own research and decided to give it a whirl. The front office staff was great. And my hygienist was knowledgable, talked me through everything and even made a note in my chart about preferences much appreciated. Additionally, they do provide fluoride for their adult patients. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns. She did not force me into any decisions and said it was my choice but she would air on the side of conservative treatment. Overall, it was a great experience and honestly I am not dreading my next appointment.

Everything was spotless and I liked the very private room my cleaning and x-rays were done in. There were extra touches through the cleaning that made it feel more like a VIP experience than a standard visit to the office. My husband went in because he had a broken molar. He asked that they just take it out considering…read moreit was a very back molar. They brought him back and did bite wings and a full mouth pano. They then asked if he wanted to do a root canal instead and a full gum deep cleaning for $13k. He kept asking for the tooth to just be pulled. We have a regular dentist but she was booked the day his tooth was cracked and hurting. They pulled it and said he would need pain meds and an antibiotic. We went to get the meds but nothing was called in. I called 2 days later still nothing. I called Aspen dental and they lied to us saying it was called in Tuesday. My friend works for the pharmacy and nothing was called in until after I called Aspen dental asking where it was at. They try to upsale and upcharge then lie to you. Never again.
