Stopped in this AM for my bi-yearly scraping and poking...no cavities! The staff is very nice - my hygenist is an older woman but very efficient and professional. Doesn't really chat me up too much which is OK when poking around in my grill. Dr. Sisson is very personable - I know he lives locally and this (to my knowledge) is his only location. They have a punch card where after so many visits you get a gift card - not a bad deal for my family since we fill this out quickly. Suitable for the entire family - wife approves. Note that the lobby smells like bread from the Subway first thing in the morning. Seriously will hit you in the face when you first walk in.

Conversely the tech is anything but small-town; all through Covid I felt so safe going to Dr Neise, they have medical air filtration machines in every bay, and have those suction/bite guard things you can use for drilling that not only reduce aerosols, but also let you rest your jaw while they're working and not have to worry about "oh is my tongue in the way?" the whole time. They give great shots and use a vibrating thing to make sure the medicine disperses/soaks in well (see pic). If you need a long procedure they not only make sure you know what's happening, but also check throughout like "how you doing?" "this is a good stopping point if you want a break." etc; they're very caring about how difficult the dentist can be for many people. Most of all Dr Neise is professional and knowledgeable, even about my rare medical condition and how it affects dental health, and she gives me real life suggestions for improving my dental health without making me feel belittled. I drive from out of town to go to this dentist because they're worth the drive!

I went to Green Endodontics for a root canal and was amazed at how the office works like a well…read moreoiled machine. I had issues after being numbed for the procedure due to sinus drainage but they gave me a few to calm my nerves and adjusted the chair so I didn't feel like I was drowning, and all was good. The root canal was quick, all though I can't say painless, but I didn't really expect painless. The office staff was exceptional and the spa experience was nice yet very new to me. 100% A+ to all in my opinion.

Do NOT bring your special needs kids here if it can be avoided , my daughter wasn't just giving them a hard time for fun , she was legitimately terrified & shaking . She was high on the meds they gave her which I thought was excessive to have her take 6 mg of Ativan before even arriving , then the laughing gas ! She wouldn't tilt her had back fully bc she was afraid , she was crying , and they were aware she was special needs when the appointment was made . Myself and a staff member were nicely telling her to lay her head back and she was starting to slowly do it when the Dr., who had been in the room less than 5 minutes started saying in a loud tone , very close to yelling " lay you head back !!! Lay your head back !!! Lay your head back !!!! He then was moving the mask on her face around so aggressively it was pulling her entire face back , And then he abruptly turned off all his equipment and sighed and said , " so our next option is anesthesia and insurance doesn't cover it blah blah blah " I was just standing there stunned , in shock but also looking at my child who was disoriented and upset , which I would be too if a Dr just treated me like I was just an inconvenience who was taking to to much of his time in less than 5 min !! I have never seen a doctor act like that ! He was ok at first and then he just snapped. It's worth noting also that if for any reason the surgery does not happen then you do not get the $200 back for the meds you paid cash for . My mom ended up going back there and the dr said " fine we can try it again " and by the grace of god it got done. The entire time I was in the waiting room I just kept replaying the way he teated my kid simply for being afraid . A special needs child already has so many struggles and so many bullies , you don't expect to find it in a place like this . So I spend the next few hours in his waiting room where I witnessed a lot , he had done something in our case already that had made me question if it was even legal , or at minimum , Medicaid fraud , and I wasn't going to mention that until I saw another review where another lady mentioned the same , so I know it's not just me being paranoid . This place is just a money making machine for him and I doubt he even sees these patients like people , but instead just dollar signs and the ones that are not immediately compliant are coming between him and his money and it will not be tolerated by this guy . I would never and will never put the care of my child in this guys hands ever again !

I recently when to Corey Sellers Dentist office and it's now an experience I will look forward to every 6 months! Everything was great! Believe me, I don't fluff. The office staff was super friendly and always smiling, I was nervous because I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile. I wasn't nervous about what they would do to my teeth, just what they would say about my teeth. Not only were the ladies at the front desk super sweet, they really took time with me to help me find a referral doctor that my dental insurance would take. Even calling them and setting up an appointment for the office was super easy with them. The facility is being remodel and under construction, and it shows on the outside. However, within the building itself, it's so nice and warm both temperature and furnishing wise. I hate being cold and this is a super nice place. The bathroom is right up front and clean. All the rooms are clean and well organized. My doctor didn't rush me, they did a thorough job and answered all my questions. I told them during my exit I could come everyday and it's true. They are wonderful, they are prompt, clean, organized, and super friendly. Customer service is everywhere, but exceptional customer service is rare to find and they have exceptional customer service and a patient for life! :) Thank you!
