We have a regular dentist but she was booked the day his tooth was cracked and hurting. They pulled it and said he would need pain meds and an antibiotic. We went to get the meds but nothing was called in. I called 2 days later still nothing. I called Aspen dental and they lied to us saying it was called in Tuesday. My friend works for the pharmacy and nothing was called in until after I called Aspen dental asking where it was at. They try to upsale and upcharge then lie to you. Never again.
