I had a tooth infection ( very painful) and needed a root canal. i called so many places all through out the beautiful state of Indiana but, Gut feeling said to go with Greene Endodontics. when you walk into the office, they greet you with big beautiful smiles on their face from the secretaries in the front, the dental assistants and all the way to the amazing Dr. Greene. they're all the best. root canal procedure was explained through a video and every one was available to answer any questions i had. Root Canal was quick and pain free, and after a couple days, the swelling and pain from the infection was basically gone and felt better than before I want to say thank you for treating me and providing the absolute best service. btw, Dr. Greene and the rest of staff check up on you on a weekly basis, which is something amazing. being in the medical profession, it is hard to see people practicing what they preach. I have huge anxiety about having dental work done. I had been dealing with very bad tooth pain since Christmas and I was referred to Greene Endontonics from my dentist to get a root canal done. This was over New Years and I got to the point where I was in my dentist office ready to get it pulled because of how much pain I was. My dentist called Dr. Greene and his office was closed and he was out of state, but he said once his plane landed at 1:30, he would meet me at his office at 3 to perform the root canal. He was coming back from a holiday vacation! How amazing is that? From the second I walked in I experienced nothing but comfort and kindness from everyone. Dr.Greene answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable and made sure I wasn't nervous before he started the procedure. He asked me repeatedly throughout the procedure if I was doing okay, and once I was done everyone was so kind and reassuring that I will now start to feel better! The next day I received a phone call from Dr.Greene asking how I was feeling and recovering, and he reassured that if I needed anything to give him a call! Yesterday I visited Dr. Greene's office for a root canal. I honestly could not have asked for a BETTER experience! From the time I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and even though their lobby was full, my paperwork was done quickly and I was taken back not long after being there. Elissa was my assistant and was phenomenal. She was super personable, professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Between Elissa and Dr. Greene, I had everything thoroughly explained to me about the procedure. Dr. Greene worked with such precision and care that I felt no pain at all - even after I got home and the numbness wore off, I feel fantastic - no pain meds needed! I was in and out with in an hour and fifteen minutes and even received a call this morning from Dr. Greene to check on me. I cannot say enough about Dr. Greene and his staff. I was told I needed to have one of my front teeth removed and an implant put in by another dentist. As someone who is already very nervous about dental work, I was needless to say, freaking out. I spoke with Dr. Greene and after reviewing my films he told me he thought he would be able to save the tooth. He called and texted me multiple times before my procedure to make sure I was doing okay. He explained everything to me in great detail and not once made me feel silly for having so much anxiety. I was still pretty nervous going in, but I am so happy with the care I received. Dr. Greene continued to explain everything me and kept asking how I was doing. I had a root canal performed and I can't express how impressed I am with the outstanding service that I received. This was my first root canal and I was very nervous but everyone was extremely informative and worried about keeping me comfortable and pain free. I was told that I could take ibuprofen every 6 hours for pain relief and I haven't needed to take any because I haven't experienced any pain. I loved the atmosphere in the office. They had on Halloween outfits they wore on Wednesdays every week in October and enjoy some type of theme on other Wednesdays. Everyone was happy and worked well together. They joked and talked about their families. I loved seeing this interaction, happy employees make the best employees and provide the best service to their patients. Dr. Greene was referred to me by my dentist after she determined I needed to see an Endodontics. I was surprised that they could see me that day with no wait. I had an infection so I had to wait for a few day before he could do the Root Canal. I had to call his office because I had the worst tooth pain ever, the nurse instructed me to take Ibuprofen every 5-6 hours for relief. It was not getting any relief after three days so I called back and Dr. Greene got me in that day. He is amazing he did not hurt me at all and after the Root Canal I was doing great. Staff was extremely friendly and comforting. I was very nervous about the procedure and they were great at explaining everything. Dr. Greene is no nonsense and I appreciate that! The only thing I could suggest is when there is a big infection like I had, I could have done with 1 (just one!) pain pill for the evening after my root canal. I am a nurse and work closely with chemical dependency so I appreciate the idea of not giving out prescriptions but would have done a world of good for me to have just that one. (probably less harm than I did my stomach with all the Ibuprofen!!) I also appreciate the time Dr. Greene takes to individually call each patient in the evening to check on them. read more

EVERYONE AT THIS ENDODONTICS WAS SO FRIENDLY! I had a big smile on my face from the time I walked in until the time I walked out.. And don't even get me started on how nice, professional & how great of a job Dr Greene did on me, I got a root canal and when the numbing went down it hurt only a tad bit, nothing ibuprofen couldn't get rid of & then he's so professional that he called me 3 days later to check and see how I was doing, that right there tells me he cares about his patients.. I was very impressed with care and commitment through the entire process. When I called to set up an appointment, they found out he was in pain and got him the next business day. Dr. Greene and his staff are amazing. I go there all the way from Indy, because I trust them, and the place is so clean. I had the worst tooth pain, taking ibuprofen every few hours, I couldn't eat or sleep for over 3 weeks so I contacted dr. Greene's office and they got me in ASAP. He did such an amazing job. Great staff very warm and enviting I was offered coffee and water.I have a fear of any doctor especially dentists but the staff was so friendly it took the fear away.The office was VERY, VERY, CLEAN which is a big plus.I would recommend friends and family to go.Lol even let me watch my favorite show HGTV while waiting and that really made me comfortable.GREAT JOB TO ALL OF THE STAFF,GREAT TEAM WORK!!!
