I'm not going to lie and say Crosspoint took away my fear, but what I will say is I'm thankful for a dentist and a staff that is cognizant of my body language and knows when I'm in pain and responds to it. So I'm actually the third person in my family that goes to Crosspoint. I referred my husband to them because I heard good things about the dentist and he had a great experience especially since he suffered from periodontal disease. My oldest daughter then went next as she aged out of her pediatric dentist and this would be her first "adult" dentist. So I decided it was time for me to go. My dental hygienist was very nice and gentle even during the uncomfortable x-ray portion and as she explained my gums and tarter and how to keep it under control. I needed a crown and this part is what I hate but the dentist was very aware of my pain and made sure to provide me enough Novocain that I was numb and felt very little pain. The staff was very nice and there was very little to no wait for my appointment.

I had to get three opinions from other doctors after the procedure as it was poorly done. Every visit has been a positive experience including the front office staff, scheduling, and a very reasonable payment plan when I got Invisalign over 4 years ago. The hygienists use the topical numbing potion along the gumline/roots before every cleaning so it's completely comfortable. Everyone here is very personable, the office is clean and attractive, and parking is convenient. When I changed dental insurance I checked first to make sure these dentists were preferred providers.

There were some issues (on my end) and had to reschedule and Dr. McCall got ill and his office called me the night to inform me he was ill and they would call the next day to reschedule. The next day, the office called me to reschedule. I thought it was nice to know that they cared enough to contact me the night before and not before I was on my way to the appointment. I had my work done on Tuesday 9/5. If you have anxiety I recommend the sedation. I don't remember anything. I had minimal swelling and couldn't have asked for anything better. I already went back for an adjustment and they got me right in. All the staff members that I came in contact with were fabulous. I will definitely recommend their service. The only issue is actually trying to locate the office. You turn where the Golden Corral used to be.

They said " it would be malpractice to clean my teeth prior to the deep clean" I declined and told them I was going to get a second opinion. I had the x-rays sent to another dentist and that Dentist didn't see the same issue and would gladly clean my teeth. What a rip-off ploy and deceptive way to make extra money off the patient.

When I came in for my first appt he said that he saw maybe one cavity that could be filled. He was kind and said every dentist has been trained differently but I would not drill into a tooth if I didn't think it needed to be done. I made the switch right away and have been so happy here. I'm a wimp with pain so they continued to check on me and make sure I was doing alright.
