They are always on point with whatever issues may arise, and for the past 10 years, there is no one else I would even consider to advise and treat my dental conditions, especially as I'm now an official "senior citizen." In our case specifically Autism with a PDA profile. Dr. Rector forced our service dog to be removed, would not accommodate an earlier morning surgery time despite explanation from parent and from surgery center manager that a 1:30 pm appointment for an autistic 7-year-old was inappropriate. He also would not step away from a procedure for 2 minutes to access and order sedative day of surgery when child was dysregulated and having panic attack lasting 40 plus minutes. We were unable to stay any longer and had to leave the surgery center. We are seeking care from a more capable facility. It should be noted that no one from the dentist's office has ever reached out to check on my child who was unable to complete surgery and still has abscess.
