We have been taking our Autistic son to Therapy at Play for over a year now for speech and OT…read moreservices. We worked with three Speech Therapist prior to meeting Paige Branson at Therapy at Play and she has been amazing. She took the time to build a strong rapport with our son; built on trust and respect which has proven to be invaluable. Our son was only three years old when he started seeing Paige and had very little speech, now he's a little chatterbox. We also receive OT services with Yalda Yekta. She has been helping our son build muscle strength in his hands as well as coordination, both of which impede his ability to dress himself and impact his fine motor skills. Yalda has been very enduring and patient with our son, which when coupled with her professional acumen, have established the necessary foundation for measured success in the pursuit of achieving the intended objectives. Our son loves working with both ladies and always comes out of session smiling and excited. As a parent it is incredibly reassuring that your child is happy and enjoying their therapies especially because the services are so instrumental in their growth and development. On a separate note. I feel compelled to share our experience with Therapy at Play during the Covid Pandemic. Prior to this time, parents were allowed to enter the building and wait in the waiting room and even attend therapy sessions if needed. As a result of the pandemic, safety measures were put into place before reopening for in person sessions which included: mask wearing, temperature checks, sanitizing hands, therapists wore masks, shields and scrubs, there was also no waiting in the lobby. I admit I was nervous about leaving our son alone, because he has a hard time transitioning and didn't have the words to express his feelings but the team was very patient with him and talked him through the process. Attending therapy alone was a big accomplishment for him because he was accustomed to having me with him. In a way the pandemic was helpful in breaking this habit. Additionally, when Therapy at Play was not open for in person sessions, our son received both Speech and OT virtually through a secure platform. Yelda sent me emails prior to session letting me know what supplies would be needed for therapy like scissors, paper, play dough, sand, etc. Paige really honed in on our son's favorite topics like dinosaurs and robots to keep speech engaging. I think it's important I add that our son struggled with virtual sessions but that was not because of a lack of effort on the part of Therapy at Play. Our son did not like the concept and as soon as Therapy at Play was able to reopen our son was one of the first to return. They knew how important it was for him to have in person therapies. He is back receiving in person therapies and thriving.

After attending for about two years, OT services were successfully completed, and speech therapy has led to significant improvement. We've seen great growth in communication and confidence over time. We started with parenting training for 1st 3 sections to learn reflux massage, and move to 1:1. I can see my kid's focus has improved significantly after 5 weeks in. On top of that, they also do regular OT but goes much deeper in terms of working with some behaviors as well. We also go to two other OT offices besides LF. What makes the big difference is they really care! Eric is very good at communicating what he and my son is working, how he did it, and what progress he has made at every section. Eric's good at setting up realistic goals and measures it closely. His communication, patience, on top of his OT skills made a big difference for us to learn about our son's sensory needs and how to handle them. LF is outa network for us. It's not cheap, but you won't need to waste time to go anywhere. They really know what they are doing with our kid. Highly recommended.

We have been going for over a year and couldn't be happier with their services. Kim at the front desk is just simply amazing. She is accommodating with schedules, she helps with ANY questions you have and is there to help you along the way. Joan, billing and insurance extraordinaire! We had a unique situation and she was so knowledgeable and helped us work it out. Ms Cina did our intake and evaluation and some of our initial therapy sessions. Her expertise and experience is admirable. The way she connects with the kids too is just something else. Ms Shruti was our therapist for our treatment and we have such great love for her. She is kind and patient. She listens and helps reach goals. She is creative with her treatment plan which helped keep my son engaged. Thank you learning fountain. So grateful.

I have been wanting to write this review for VibrantCare Rehab. Well really for Eric the physical…read moretherapist there. This is my second time there. The first time was for lumbar radiculopathy (back pain shooting into my leg). This time it was for adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder). Now I am an active person who works out at least 3 times a week doing HIIT, treadmill and weight training. 1 week after playing golf, I started to have pain in my shoulder and decreased range of motion. I couldn't lift my arm, scratch my mid back, reach back for my seatbelt , or sleep on that side without PAIN. Either the pain stopped me from doing things or I was weaker as well. I saw my orthopedist doctor who said I could get an injection into my shoulder followed by physical therapy but it could take up to A YEAR to get back to "normal". I decided to forgo the injection, not only due to side effects but my extreme fear of needles (!) and went to physical therapy. Vibrant Rehab is in the same shopping center as Shboom nightclub and the new restaurant Venue. It is upstairs. Very clean. In regards to COVID, they sanitize the equipment after each patient use. Masks are worn. The front desk even has a canister for clean and dirty pens. Evan who is at the front desk is very friendly and easy to talk with. You won't forget about your appointment because of his reminders. Now Eric is the reason that I go there. Let me tell you. After my very first session with Eric, I was able to sleep on my left side that night - something that I couldn't do due to pain for the last 6 - 8 weeks. Yes there are range of motion and strengthening exercises that all therapists teach you to do in house and at home. But it is the shoulder manipulation that Eric does that makes a BIG difference. This is where therapist knowledge, skill and expertise is key. It is not comfortable, but combined with consistently doing my home exercises, I saw improvement each week both in reduction of pain and improved range of motion. I'm not where I want to be but I feel like I'm heading in the right direction and am hopeful now that it's not going to take a year to get back to my normal! After 4 week of PT, objectively my range of motion improved and subjectively so did my pain. I still can't do a lot but I can do more than I use to! Now let me say, you have to do the exercises consistently at home to get maximum benefit. I just got back from vacation and did not do my exercises for 2 weeks and I notice a difference. I wish I can just go and have Eric do some extra manipulations on my shoulder!! I have a feeling this won't be the last time I use Vibrant Rehab or Eric as I tend to be more injury prone as I get older. (But I'm not going to let that stop me from staying active!!) Make an appointment with Eric. You won't be disappointed and you will be happy you did!

I've been working primarily with James throughout my rehab, and also had the opportunity to work with Carlena during a few of my sessions. Both have been excellent and truly helped me regain strength, mobility, and confidence in my wrist -- I've seen major progress in getting back to my normal activities, especially with sports and fitness. Each session is thoughtfully structured: starting with a warm-up using the warm wax to loosen up the wrist and hand, followed by manual therapy to improve flexibility, and finishing with targeted exercises and mobility work to strengthen and stabilize the joint. While I still have some mild stiffness (as expected with nerve recovery), I feel much better equipped thanks to everything I've learned from James and Carlena. They've taken the time to educate me throughout the process so I can continue to progress on my own even after "graduating" from PT. Beyond the therapy itself, the environment at VibrantCare is welcoming and encouraging -- I always felt supported, motivated, and well cared for. Both James and Carlena are true professionals and great people to work with, and I won't hesitate to return if I ever need therapy again in the future. Highly recommend!

I found a nurses station with a nurse sitting at the desk at the very end of the hallway and boy was she unhappy at work. She was very rude. That was a huge red flag. When families come here they want to see the staff as happy as they can be because for some families this is their loved one's last stop. 3. As a parent of twins with developmental disabilities, I understand the importance of attendance. I also understand the reality of managing multiple therapies, medical appointments, school meetings, and life. Over time, repeated conversations about missed appointments, attendance reminders, and signing attendance acknowledgments left me feeling judged instead of supported. The final straw was accidentally leaving one week off a summer scheduling form, which led to another conversation about attendance. It wasn't about that one incident--it was the realization that this philosophy simply doesn't align with how I believe families of children with additional needs should be treated. The clinicians were wonderful, and the front desk staff were always professional and kind. My disappointment lies with leadership and the culture created by these policies. Families seeking pediatric therapy need partnership, empathy, and flexibility. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience, and we chose to take our children elsewhere.

We got moved with a new SLP and I complained that they kept canceling and rescheduling. I can only assume they were double booking so instead of taking accountability for their poor planning, they decided to discontinue services simply because i advocated for my daughter. They dont seem to care about the children, they just want their paycheck
