Knowing professionally the history of care and thoughtfulness I 've experienced working with them over the years, it was a no brainer. Brandon and Byron were both exceptional in caring for us and my mom. They ensured our requests were met, including the last minute changing of fresh flowers and had written notes we wanted her to have and to hold in her final moments here on earth. I am forever grateful for you, Brandon and Byron, and your great care and compassion. Losing a wife, mother and grandmother so quickly is so hard. You helped make this traumatic experience and time for us more easy to bear. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. -Erin

The grounds are well maintained and look very nice. Parking can be a little tricky, especially if there is more than one service happening at the same time, like the night that I attended. When I walked in the front door, there were directional signs as well as staff members to direct traffic to the appropriate service. The facility is nice and has a large chapel for services as well as rooms for families to greet guests. It has a very LDS feel to it, from the décor to the LDS hymnals in the chapel. Although based on another review, I'm sure they will accommodate other religions/beliefs as well.

All of the five star reviews are accurate: I can't recommend Utah Valley Mortuary highly enough…read more I live out of state and was in Utah to be with my mom as her life ended. In the days leading up to her passing, I was in no mood to do a lot of research and price comparisons with mortuaries. I had received a few recommendations from local friends and acquaintances, and Utah Valley Mortuary was the first (and only) place I called to make arrangements, in an almost arbitrary selection process. I was fortunate, then, that Matt and his team were extremely sensitive and professional from the very beginning. As others have mentioned, their pricing is reasonable and they didn't push us to buy anything we didn't feel we needed, which was great because when we buried our father 12 years ago the mortuary we used attempted to prey on our grief and push us to spend unnecessarily. Mom's body needed to be transported to California for burial and Matt was literally right at our side through the entire process of coordinating with the receiving mortuary. He made sure we understood all the expenses that the other guys were charging us as well. When we found out that our cemetery wouldn't be able to schedule us for burial for several weeks, Matt let us store the body on his site for extra time at no extra charge. I had Matt's cell phone number in order to call and text him on short notice and he was always so quick to respond. If I lived in Utah Valley I would plan on using this mortuary for all future services involving the passing of my loved ones. But since I don't, the best I can do for now is to strongly recommend Utah Valley Mortuary to you and anyone else looking for the highest quality assistance in dealing with end of life logistics. A bright highlight in a time of mourning.

Utah Valley Mortuary far exceeded our expectations! They took care of both my parents (10 years apart) and were so attentive with every detail. All details were handled so well and the communication was great as well I cannot recommend this mortuary more ! Truly one of the best experiences with what was a very sad moment. You will be well taken care of.

Not only were they extremely compassionate and understanding they went so above beyond. They literally helped us through everything even beyond the funeral - both with insurance companies and the hospital. We had two services - one in Utah and one back East. Jared and his team helped coordinate everything including working with the funeral home in Boston. They helped with all the forms needed. But more importantly they are so kind and nice. They truly make you feel like your family is their family. Under such difficult circumstances I could not imagine a more professional and loving funeral home. They do go beyond and are wonderful people. We are grateful for Premier Funeral at our most difficult time.

With everything that is done there is a reason for and explanation for it. I respect what the Funeral Director tells me and trust them completely. The cosmetics were beautifully done and looked flawless. There are many extra steps they took to insure my mother looked her best. I've noticed that Premier takes pride it what they do and you can truly tell it is something that they are passionate about. The funeral services were a wonderful tribute to my mother. The recordings of the funeral are done for FREE. They were kind enough to even offer this service and made sure to tell me that although they will do the recording they cannot promise it will work... which is understandable. If you want to make sure the recording works use your iPhone. We are all human! We do the best we can. I loved that they were kind enough to even think of this service. With everything they do and how easy the process was for me this was one of the last things I expected. Disregard any negative comment you read. This is a hard and difficult time for people and others like to take their anger out at the people that are helping them the most. I will always recommend Premier, their values, and their experience.

In this instance it was someone who just wanted to be cremated and not have services. They were horrible! They still made a couple thousand dollars on this, (picking up the body and transporting to cremation site, and the cremation) yet they acted like it was a nuisance for them. They tried to sell an expensive urn, when they were told it wasn't needed, the attitude got even worse. They said they would call after the cremation was done. They never did! When they were contacted they said "oh yeah, he's done". When the ashes were picked up, after paying the bill, they reached under the desk pulled up a cardboard box and dropped it on the desk and said "here you go". I have lived in Lehi since 1979 and had always planned on using Wing when the time came. After the way they treated my children during this difficult time for them, I will use anyone but them. They should be ashamed of the way they treated them. At the very least be kind and show compassion, they are working with people who have suffered a great loss! Just because they aren't paying for expensive services doesnt mean you ignore their pain. They were disrespectful during the entire process. Evidently, the level of care and concern, comes with what you're end price tag is at wing mortuary. My Friend who had her dog cremated was treated much better, and her dogs ashes were treated with much more respect. How sad is that.
