I had followed Montana Concrete Pro on Facebook and loved their work. When I suggested looking into them, she insisted it would be too expensive, but we called to get a quote just to see. Ahmad came out and we explained that we were in the beginning stages and weren't really sure what we were looking for (concrete, decorative concrete or pavers). We saw other project that had sitting walls and firepits, but weren't really sure what we wanted. Ahmad was very understanding and transparent. He worked up a quote for each style and gave us pricing guidelines on added features (sitting wall, firepits, etc). He spent a few minutes explaining the benefits of each style. We let him know we'd have to talk things over and we'd get back to him. We did call two other companies to get prices Montana Concrete was similarly priced to one and more affordable to another. We chose Montana and Ahmad because they were more responsive, professional and transparent during the estimate process. We worked with Ahmad to create a final design, price quote and schedule the job. Because it was busy season (mid-June) we would have to wait until the first week in August. Two weeks later we got a call from Ahmad explaining they had another job in the area next week and he'd like to do our job at the same time since his crew would be in the area. We agreed and the job started the following week. The job was originally planned to take 5-7 working days, but there were a few minor delays due to rain and extreme heat. Even with the delays the job was completed in 8 working days. Ahmad was responsive and transparent about the delays. The finished product is amazing. Montana Concrete came back numerous times after the patio was complete to reseed grass, clean spots from the pavers and remove excess materials. They made sure we were satisfied in every way possible. My mother has received so many compliments from friends, family and neighbors. One neighbor commented that it looked like "something out of a magazine." I would recommend Montana Concrete to anyone.

From the first call and visit through the final installation, they were the easiest contractor to work with, especially when working with our stubborn insurance carrier. Ryan and the team made multiple trips to our house to work with the insurance inspector/adjuster to make sure we were taken care of and treated right for the damage from a hail storm. Once the claim was approved, he reviewed it in detail and submitted a supplemental claim to cover items that were missed. They are very thorough and professional. The actual roof and gutter installation was timely and went very smooth, even in extremely hot weather. The clean up was like they were never there. We highly recommend Ryan and the team from Marathon Roofing. It don't get any better than this.

I have given this business every opportunity to make things right on our installation. Immediately…read moreafter I posted my "wait and see how things go" review, I received a call and a credit for goodwill purposes. Great. But after that, it was downhill all the way. I tried for over a month working with both customer service and the installer to come inspect the flooring. Threshold incorrectly installed, scratch on the floor, inexpert caulking were the headline (but not the only) problems. Installer finally showed up, then took an age to "file a report" ( I had already provided pictures). There was no dispute about these complaints. But no amount of phone calls or emails could prompt faster action. It became my full time job to follow up. Even now, as I sit here, some 6 weeks after install, the "approval" has been issued by LL flooring to make corrections but I still can't get a date. My advice is to avoid the LL Flooring third party installers at all costs! LL likes to play this both ways--they seem to have control over the installers for some purposes but not others. Regardless, they either can't or won't effectively and efficiently resolve issues with the install.

From the very…read morebeginning, William was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, offering excellent suggestions that truly improved the final outcome of the project. What really stood out was his patience and flexibility as we had to coordinate with builders who were delivering our sheds at the same time. Will easily took the challenge and made sure our paddocks were secure. When we threw him a curveball in the middle of the build, he handled it flawlessly. The communication throughout the entire process was top-tier. He made sure we were involved in every detail and never made aesthetic decisions on our behalf--William consulted us on everything, right down to the choice of hardware and the gorgeous handmade gate design. In addition to the fence, he also custom-built our driveway sign post, which turned out beautifully. This review actually took months to formulate because I wanted to include before and after photos. I waited until we could capture the complete journey from when he first built it to when we finally stained it, as raw wood takes that long to mature before you can paint or treat it.The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the customer service was even better. If you want a builder who respects your vision, communicates clearly, and delivers beautiful, high-quality work, look no further than William and his crew!

They didn't finish half the items on the list to clean (such as kitchen cabinets and vents) even though these items were stated in the service agreement. They left dust balls everywhere. When I raised the issue with them, they said these were stains that couldn't be removed, but I wet one paper towel with water and was able to remove all the dust and stains. It's clear they didn't even try. They sent their team TWO times and their team rushed through and didn't clean most items, and when I flagged more spots that were left dirty, they asked to send their team a third time... absolutely ridiculous. I have no idea how they have 4.5 stars here. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. Merry Maids's customer service and quality of work is very poor and not worth the money whatsoever.

2020 Initially, I…read morewas satisfied with the service for the price. I used them for some time (house cleaning on monthly bases). Recently, there was a two month gap between cleanings. The appointment was made as usual and they arrived to perform the job (w/o owner). During the cleaning, I got a call from the owner asking if I was getting a deep clean to which my response was no. She did not say that I was supposed to pay more or because of the gap of two months that the cleaning is now considered a deep cleaning. Nor did she define what that entails. I guess the inquiry came because one of her employees complained... I dont know. I asked the employees did they think they were doing a deep clean and they said no. Also they didn't clean one of the bedrooms (which I generally tell them not to but I still pay the same rate). I did not think that I was asking for too much to be done, I thought no more of it. Afterwards, I paid for services rendered at the agreed price for my size home and rooms. Fast forward to the next month, I had not heard back from them and I reached out to confirm the upcoming appointment. I was told by text that she would no longer clean my house because I received a deep clean and I only paid the regular rate. She did not think that that was fair. I was totally at wits end because I had no clue. I would have appreciated being told that I was to pay extra at the time of service and/or the option to discuss the matter but instead when I tried to contact them several times by call and text, they would not answer the phone. I am a big communicator and believe any situation can be resolved with discussion, not being passive-aggressive and ignoring. I cannot appreciate her calling my integrity into question by stating that I did not pay the correct price. However, if I was to pay more, I would've liked to have known how much. I would've much preferred a courtesy call to discuss the matter and possibly resolve. I don't think this was very professional.
