Jenis is a hit every single time. Everyone is ready to assist you and offer you samples and will fully explain the flavor as you're trying it. Rotating flavors are always a fun draw to come in, and the quality of the ice cream is unreal. I love this spot and am always here

After our beach volleyball games, Jeni's ice cream really hits the spot. This is a good location where the line usually moves pretty quickly. It's a little on the more expensive side for ice cream, but it is really good stuff.

Loved that they had bridgerton themed flavors. I ordered both the earl grey crème brûlée and queen charlotte sponge cake. I hope it's around for a while because both flavors were good. It was a good balance of fruity and sweet when switching off bites. My three friends and I were quickly helped on a Friday evening. The workers never make it seem like an inconvenience to try the samples. They have an upstairs area with additional seating.

What a great location with lots of space! My daughter and I stopped in for a treat last Friday after a fun activity nearby. Surprisingly we found parking right in front and just had to wait a few minutes after 1p for them to open. There's so many tables and so much space. It was not busy at all so my daughter had her pick of where she wanted to sit. Of course the ice cream was delightful! And the staff was super nice and let us try a few samples. + for their restrooms being clean!

FLAVOR (3/5): Tried their brambleberry flavor which they told me was one of their most popular! It's definitely unique and not quite like anything I've had before. It's a bit tart but with pockets of sweetness. The house made cone I would not recommend as it was really salty! Even when paired with the ice cream I couldn't enjoy it. INSTAGRAM WORTHY (5/5): The scoops are so cute here! The decor is also well thought out. This location has an upstairs seating area with string lights. SERVICE (5/5): The worker there was super patient with us wanting to sample a lot of flavors as it was our first time here. TAKEAWAYS: Not my favorite ice cream spot but a cute spot if you need a rest break in your day!

Kit T.

Unlike Baskin 31 ICE CREAM....their sampler spoon is offered in a real metal spoon vs. a plastic one. There were like 10-15 flavors each uniquely named. I love the upstairs "dining".

Brambleberry Crisp with Gooey Butter Cake

Gooey butter cake. That's all you need to know. It's sweet and a little salty with chunks of slightly denser cake inside for the perfect balanced, crumbly bite. The shop interior is very cute and trendy, but more importantly, it smells like waffle heaven. If you like cones, I HIGHLY recommend getting it here. The staff is friendly and will provide samples if you need help deciding. Their variety of flavors is paralyzing (in the best way possible). - AT

Cute ice cream spot that are all around the city. We stopped here since my friend who lived in Chicago before recommended it to us on our trip. They have interesting flavors and I enjoyed mine. The girl who helped us was nice too and let me try a bunch of different flavors.

In our party of 5, 4 of us had never been here before. We were getting some dessert after having dinner. Cute place, inserting flavors of ice cream. I ordered a waffle bowl with mint chip and darkest chocolate. The waffle bowl.waa great, the ming chip was good, I think the chocolate could have been more intense. One of us ordered cookies and cream in a bowl, one had salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks, one of us had coffee ice cream in a bowl and another had cookies in cream in a pint to go. It was good ice cream, but I wouldn't say it was the best ice cream I've ever had. I've heard how people rave about Jeni's, it didn't live up to all of the hype (for most of my party that day)

There is nothing like a couple scoops of your favorite Jeni's Ice cream after a good dinner. To me it is always worth the price lol. My favorite flavors are Almond Brittle & Bramble Berry Crisp. This location is pretty neat since they have this upstairs seating area that fits about 5-10 guests.

This visit was a happy little accident. My partner and I visited the nearby King Tut exhibit and decided to go for a walk.... What's better than surprise ice cream? My partner had never had Jeni's so in we went. The minute you walk in, it smells amazingly like waffle cones and makes it impossible to leave without getting some. I got two flavors- Wildberry Lavender and Honey Vanilla Bean. Lavender is one of my favorites, and there's a good balance here without it being too flowery or soapy. My partner got two flavors as well, pumpkin cake roll and cold brew. They loved the combination. You're going to pay a bit more here for ethically sourced ingredients, but it's worth it, and worth a visit if you're in the neighborhood.

After our conference, we decided to stop by since it was walking distance. Inside is extremely fun and bright- I can easily see this being somewhere for families and small-ish groups to hang out. Jeni's has a solid rotation of flavors with some seasonal ones as well. My server kindly let me sample before making my decision. I went for the standard aka 3 half scoops with a waffle cone which are made in-house. Here were my flavor choices: Tahini Oat Cookies- great balance of sweet and savory. I would eat an entire tub! Salt Caramel- perfection Texas Sheet Cake- again, surprised that this was not overwhelming sweet and I love it! I honestly can't decide what my favorite flavor is, but you definitely can't go wrong. I also heard they make lovely pies, so that's another option if you're not an ice cream fan.

I wasn't particularly impressed by the selection, and the freshness of the donuts left something to be desired. The presentation also took away from the experience. Seeing donuts sitting exposed in boxes where customers can easily view them isn't particularly appealing and doesn't create the freshest visual impression. I tried the maple pecan glazed donut, which was overwhelmingly sweet. Even after just one bite, the intense sugar rush was immediate and overpowering, making it difficult to enjoy the other flavors. The vanilla donut was the better of the two--pleasantly doughy, though it still lacked the freshness I was hoping for. Overall, this was an average experience. The donuts were serviceable, but neither the selection, presentation, nor freshness gave me much reason to return.

It's a fairly enormous concoction. I found it interesting that the hot fudge was served on the side, but it's actually pretty smart because you get control how much (or how little) sauce you get. The ice cream is the highlight. It's creamy and rich, and it's got a really nice flavor, too. The hot fudge was less impressive, but that might be because I had already eaten a Ghirardelli sundae earlier in the day and their hot fudge just can't be beat. The service was super friendly and the atmosphere was kitschy and fun. It's a cool place.
