This resulted in a partially destroyed caliper = another costly repair once labor was included, not to mention being broken down on the side of an Alabama byway. The Check Engine light remedy? "There are a lot of codes - we can't fix it all, but it is just small things... you should be fine" is the response they gave us, and they sent us away with the Check Engine light on. We really needed work done on this car before a trip. We used them because of their good reviews, and on top of the shoddy work, it was as if they did not want our business in the first place when they did not want to help with the Check Engine light issues. Will not go back here again, ever. Do NOT recommend.

While shopping around the DC Metro area for a reputable shop to do the work or that "could" do the work- I was met with no returned phone calls, "....cant do it..." and no returned emails from the "contact us" form from a majority of businesses..... I saw Iron Mike's reviews on Yelp- pretty much all 5 stars coupled with a family run business and decided to consider them. My inquiry was returned almost immediately with a very fair and attractive quote, and they were more than accommodating in scheduling a mutually agreeable appointment time. While the location of the shop is somewhat off the beaten path of 355 proper in an area that time has seemed to have forgotten- I arrived at the agreed upon time, was greeted in a most welcoming manner and Iron Mike's took it from there. I was assured the work would be completed and I could pick my truck up at the end of the day so I decided to visit the Original Pancake House and explore White Flint and Rockville for the day-- To my surprise, just a few hours later, I got a phone call from Iron Mike's and was advised my truck was ready, everything went smoothly and I could pick up my truck any time. When I arrived, I was more than surprised to learn that because the job went a little quicker than anticipated, my bill was well under the quote and was incredibly fair !!!! It is so nice to see a business that appreciates YOUR business, coupled with taking pride in their work and more importantly doing a great job. It is also abundantly clear Iron Mikes knows their way around a car or a truck- and are very honest mechanics which is a rarity in this area. I would highly recommend Iron Mikes and will certainly have any additional work done there in the future. 5 Stars!

It was no longer sealed tightly around the back window, so whenever it rained, I had to put a car cover over the car and hope moisture didn't get into the backseat. Needless to say, it was not ideal! I reached out to Matt at Seatco about getting a replacement top, and he sent me a quote right away. The price was very reasonable, and he told me the new top would be basically identical to the original manufacturer top. Matt ordered it quickly, and once it came in, I brought my car in for the installation. They finished the job incredibly fast--it only took two days! When I came back to pick up my car, my jaw dropped. It looked beautiful! The new top was a perfect match, and best of all, it keeps the rain out and has made my car functional again. Because they did such a great job with the top, I also had them replace two panels of worn-out leather in my backseat. The black leather they used was a near-perfect match, and it looks awesome! I really can't say enough great things about Seatco. They're friendly, professional, fast, and do excellent upholstery work. Highly recommend them!

I took it to my local mechanic and they cleaned the cowel under the windshield and snaked the sunroof. While it slowed the leak, it'd still leak after a rainstorm, even with mild rains. We had a major storm couple of days ago and NO leaks! So if you have any water leaks or issues inside your car I would definitely recommend Seatco!

This is…read morethe only place I will recommend to take your car and if I am ever in need any auto body work done C& D is the ONLY place I am taking the vehicles I own. I was in need ofsome minor body work done in my 2024 Honda Accord hybrid that needed to be done. I just couldn't leave my brand new baby with some unsightly scars and scratches. From the minute I took my car in for an estimate on a Saturday morning, the customer service was empecable. The estimators were not working so the young lady who was there took pictures of the area that needed work and said she would pass the info onto the estimators and someone would be contacting me with an estimate. I am thinking someone will contact me Monday which was no problem. In less than 30 minutes I receive a call from Serge with a complete estimate and letting me know he would be emailing me the estimate he quoted me. I must tell you that the quote was less than I thought it would be. So doing my due diligence I go to a couple more auto body shops to get estimates. Of those two places no one contacted me with an estimate. I guess they didn't need or want my business. I reach out to C&D to discuss getting the work done. In speaking with Serge, we agreed upon when to bring my car in and when to expect to pick it up. I only had to pay a $100 deposit. I dropped my car off at the predetermined time and it was ready when they said it would be!!! Upon discussing the care of a cars paint job with Serge I remembered a few scratches that I had forgotten to get an estimate for when I originally brought the car in for the estimate. Serge took a look at the scratches and said let him see if his team could just buff them out and if not then he would give me an estimate for that work. So I bring the vehicle back the following week to see if they could remove the scratches by buffing them out. And like magic they did and at no cost to me. Now that is what I consider EXCELLENT customer service. Serge provided me with tips to protect my car paint for the life of the car. I am truly grateful to Serge and the team at C & D Auto. I will always bring my family vehicles to them and they are the ONLY auto body shop that I will ever recommend to anyone in need of auto body work!!!

I dropped my car off on November 28 for minor front bumper repairs. Instead of timely, professional service, I was given months of excuses, delays, and misinformation. I went to the shop multiple times to check on my vehicle and repeatedly asked to speak with the manager. Each time, I was told the manager was not available. I later discovered that the manager had been sitting behind the front desk for over 30 minutes while I was asking to speak with him. That level of dishonesty and disrespect is unacceptable. When I finally got my car back on January 24, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. While the vehicle was in their possession, my windows suddenly stopped working. I paid them to fix the issue, but now the windows roll up with a loud, violent thud. My brakes now make a loud clunking noise every time I brake, a problem that did not exist before they worked on my car. And to top it off, the very bumper they were supposed to repair is now loose and cracked. C&D Auto Body did not just fail to fix my vehicle, they damaged it, wasted months of my time, and showed zero accountability. This shop demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, honesty, and quality workmanship. I strongly warn anyone considering using C&D Auto Body to think twice, especially if you value your time, money, and safety.

Prior to coming to LG I received a very small insurance settlement following an accident. When I took my car to a different shop that quoted me a significant amount of money for the repair. After some research and online reviews, I stumbled upon LG auto body and I am glad I did! From the minute I explained the issue they did everything in their power to make sure that the problem was resolved. They communicated with the insurance company directly, shared the quote (less than the other shop) and the insurance covered the repair. They went above and beyond, communicating throughout the process and I am extremely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have auto body work done!
