A couple hours before we were supposed to be picked up, I called to inquire about the cost and changed the time by 15 minutes. They called and left a message with the estimated amount, the time and said if there were any other changes, to call back. At the time we were to be picked up, I noticed several calls from a different number as well as a voicemail message which was from the cab driver. Since I had not answered my phone 30 minutes ahead of time, the driver decided not to show up. When I called both the cab company and the driver, neither one picked up. We were left without a ride. No one ever said we would need to field a call from the driver or he wouldn't show up. Very unprofessional that I called twice to verify that our ride was lined up, also received a confirmation voicemail that evening and were left high and dry. This cab company is anything BUT reliable. Find another ride!
