I can't recommend him highly enough. His work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine desire to…read moretake care of his customers really set him apart. He takes the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem rather than settling for a quick or easy answer. He explains what's going on, shows you why, and keeps you informed throughout the entire process--even sharing pictures and details along the way so you know exactly what's being done. What impressed me most is how much he genuinely cares about doing the job right and taking care of the customer. He went out of his way to find me the best possible deal without ever sacrificing the quality of his work. It's hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but that's exactly what I found here. Fantastic work, great communication, and exceptional customer service. I can't thank him enough and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, thorough, and dependable mechanic.

I booked this mobile mechanic through Yelp for a diagnostic after already having my Jeep scanned at…read moreAutoZone and receiving error codes (injector, spark plugs, and gaskets). I explained this upfront and still chose to proceed with a diagnostic to confirm the issue. I was quoted a flat $65 diagnostic fee by the owner with no mention of pricing ranges or tiers. I agreed and scheduled the service. The technician arrived about 30 minutes later than scheduled, which I was informed of ahead of time. During a brief text exchange with the owner, I expressed concern due to a prior negative experience with another company. The response I received made the interaction feel slightly tense, including being told I could "find someone else" if needed. When the technician arrived, I explained the issues and the codes I already had. During the inspection, the technician began deeper inspection work on the vehicle. I was not clearly informed beforehand that more extensive disassembly or work beyond a basic diagnostic could result in additional charges. Afterward, I was told the diagnostic would actually be $200 due to the depth of the inspection, despite originally being quoted $65. After discussing this, I was ultimately charged $75. I expressed concern that the pricing change was not communicated upfront. The owner later acknowledged that he should have communicated a pricing range and that this was a mistake on his part. I requested a copy of the diagnostic findings I was being charged for. The response indicated there was no formal report, but pictures and a summary were provided. Communication afterward included frustration from the business regarding the reduced payment, despite the pricing change being due to lack of prior disclosure. While I do believe the technician performed the inspection thoroughly and provided useful findings, the core issue was the lack of clear communication around pricing structure, scope of work, and potential cost changes before work beyond a basic diagnostic began. I would recommend future customers get very clear written confirmation of what is included in the diagnostic fee, whether deeper inspection can change pricing, and what documentation will be provided before service begins.

When I dropped the block off, I was asked to leave it by the shop door. It sat in that exact spot for over two weeks before I finally received a quote, which I felt was unreasonably high for the work. I understand that shops have minimum charges, but waiting more than two weeks for a quote on a cam bearing replacement--only to receive a price that high--was frustrating. When I picked the block up, it had developed some surface rust because it hadn't been moved the entire time it was there. That said, the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. Because of that, I'd be willing to give them another chance if I needed different work in the future. However, my first experience ended up being a frustrating waste of time.

I needed all new shocks/struts which they charged considerably more for parts than expected. I expect inflated prices, but a 4x mark up for parts and labor that was calculated as if they did not replace them with full quick assemblies, seems excessive. I contacted the shop asking which parts were used as the pricing reflected premium Monroe quick strut assemblies were used. No response. So I hit the road and and start my road trip. I make it two hours before I hear clunking noises. Again, I don't have time to wait for a non responsive business to let me know which shop I can go get inspected at.
