This worker 'Debbie' of theirs regularly responds to negative reviews claiming that customers "never came in," which is completely false in my case. I absolutely DID come in, and saying otherwise is just a dishonest attempt to protect the shop's image instead of taking responsibility. Be weary of Al as well. He will sell his nice service and if you don't have the finances yet he will definitely pressure you. If this business was confident in their work, they wouldn't need to deny real customer visits or dismiss legitimate complaints. This kind of behavior raises serious trust issues. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you value honesty, transparency, and fair pricing, go somewhere else.
