Great service, great products, and prices. Just wanted to add a comment after reading a review here…read moreby Chris S. who gave wrote a shameful review and gave them one star during this awful time when we most need to support small local businesses. I am also a long time customer of this small business and I am very happy and proud they asked you to leave for not wearing your mask. They are looking out for the health and safety of the rest of us responsible patrons. In case you didn't know, city inspectors pass by that little mall looking to fine businesses that are not enforcing mask wearing. Not only are small businesses suffering because of this pandemic, but also because they have to deal with ppl like you. I dare you try to pull the same at a Home Depot. Hoping your family won't get severely sick with this virus because of your lack of common decency. Blessings.

I have been a customer of Alfa Lock & Alarm since 2012, primarily…read moregetting keys made. The people working in the store have always been very pleasant and efficient in helping me. But a week ago, I really needed their help and expertise well beyond key making, and they came through big time. When I came home from Publix, the deadbolt lock on the front door would no longer open. I called Alfa Lock and spoke to Celeste, who said one of their lock specialists, Henry, would be coming to the rescue. Henry was a godsend for replacing the broken deadbolt mechanism, but what really impressed me most was his attention to detail and determination to make everything work "perfectly." In the 45 years we have lived here, the front door has never opened or locked as well as it does now. His work was so good that I asked him to look at a patio sliding glass door lock that had been problematic for years. He repaired that, too. We also had a broken garage door lock which he said he could fix - but needed to order a new lock and key cylinder. Henry came back a few days later and got the garage door working again. So I asked him if he could replace the locks on two accordion hurricane shutters, which he did of course. Four different lock repairs in a week's time, all done with expertise and reasonable rates. I'm happy to give Alfa Lock, Henry and Celeste their well-deserved props.

Second time I come to this locksmith. They are absolutely…read moreamazing. Excellent customer service and extremely fair priced with very fast service. I needed to have a metal key for my car made (didn't have one at all) and only had a number provided by the dealership (helpless). The number to cut the key provided was wrong as we found out after making a key and not being able to get in the car. They offered me another service to actually get the key code from the car itself and cut a temporary key with the code just be sure before cutting the real original blade. After all that they gave me the temporary key and the original blade and only charged me for one service. The attention to the details and care for my money always throws me off. Anywhere else would've either charged me for the extra key I received and for the first one cut with the wrong numbers (as they had nothing to do with it). The wrong code cut on the original blade would've cost me $50 extra but they didn't risk it and used a temporary one. Very good job! Absolutely recommend this locksmith.
