Some of the best service I've ever had. The employee that helped me seemed happy to be there & was extremely polite. They also let me sample as many cream cheeses as I wanted. Also the flavor of the day I ordered- spinach Florentine- was stellar, and still warm & incredibly soft when I got home. Hands down the best bagel shop I've ever been to! If you love fresh bagels, this place is a must-visit. The bagels are perfectly soft on the inside with a delicious, slightly crunchy exterior. This time ordered online, unfortunately while my bagels were ready, my cream cheese wasn't and I waited almost 10 minutes to receive an onion and scallion with the mint froggy cover that I actually ordered. A little disappointing but not the end of the world. The person filling the cream cheese was very nice, just the person saying she was filling them never checked back, so it turns out my cream cheese was sitting to the side for a while- wasn't the friendliest. I tried to get some lemon blueberry bagels from my local grocery store but they said they were out. Guess who did have them? Jeff's Bagel Run. Don't you find that suspicious? Anywho, I ordered a 6 pack of their bagel of the day, the Lemon Blueberry and I already had the cream cheese. I also got a Hot Latte with Skim Milk and Lavender Syrup. I guess that's my standard now, if this is good then we good. I got it delivered and they smelled wonderful, still warm in the bag. I grabbed one, slathered it in cream cheese, and bit it. Man these are delicious! I really liked the sweet glaze it's covered in which must be the lemon part. The bagel itself is blueberry and really soft. Kudos. The latte was pretty good. Definitely stir it up before drinking as the syrup settled on the bottom, but also the cup that it comes in has a leakproof lid. You gotta pull of the tab to reveal the sipping part. Super unique bagel flavors & spreads. While there, the bagel of the day was an orange creamcicle so we gave it a try & it was surprisingly refreshing! I'm not even usually a sweet bagel person, but Jeff's Bagel Run absolutely converted me. I had an Asiago bagel AND a blueberry bagel in the same day with zero shame because they were that good. The bagels have that perfect chewy texture, and the cream cheeses? Just dang good. You can tell everything is super fresh and made with actual care. Honestly one of those places where you take one bite and immediately start planning what you're ordering next time. Jacksonville officially has a new obsession. One of my favorite things is that they serve the spread on the side, so you can decide exactly how much goes on your bagel--and even save some for later. Went there this morning around 11 after placing a pickup order for 11:00. When we arrived, they hadn't even started making our order. We were then told that all of the bagels we had ordered were sold out, along with PLAIN cream cheese. We ended up having to swap all of our bagels for different kinds that were still in stock. After we left, we checked the bag and realized we were also missing one of the four bagels we ordered. The bagels we did receive tasted pretty good, but unfortunately, the overall experience was terrible. Definitely disappointing, especially after ordering ahead for pickup. read more

Not good. We frequent the Jeff's in the Orlando area frequent, so we were excited when one opened here. It has been a complete disappointment. We have been several times hoping they'd get better but they are nothing like the ones we've had in Orlando. They aren't light and airy on inside and nice crisp outside. They are dense and rubbery with no taste. Inedible. Also the ones in Orlando are warm. These are a cold brick. read more

Delicious! The bagels are unmatched in this area!! Quick in hand after you order too. The coffee was great too. Good variety of bagels and cream cheese spreads. I ordered a plain bagel ($2.50) with strawberry cream cheese (separate charge of $2.50). Bagel was delicious. Cream cheese was good with fresh strawberries but for cream cheese it was very runny in the tub. Definitely weird to pour your cream cheese onto your bagel. I guess the price is just a little high for me to frequent. read more

That was one of the best bagels I have had. I got a salt bagel with chive and onion cream cheese and it was delicious. Not too salty, cream cheese had chunks of chives and onion and it was so fresh tasting. Very poor experience this morning. Went in to order a half dzn bagels and a few spreads. We were able to walk right up to the counter, my wife and I were 2 of maybe 7 customers in the store, 3 of whom were already eating bagels. We were ordering bagels and even as the lady was putting in our order, the bagels we were ordering were being taken for other orders. We finally were able to setlle on 6 "ready" bagels A few minutes after ordering, we were told one of the bagels was out and they were making more which would take approx 6 minutes. Ok no big deal. It was for their daily bagel so made sense it would be in demand. 30 minites later, after politely asking for progress , i was told they only had 3 bagels ready. 30+ minutes to have 3 bagels ready! My wife and I watched multiple sets of customers come in, order, and leave with their bagels while we just waited. When I politely confronted them about the amount of time that passed, one of the employees offered a free bagel card and a fellow employee said "we are out of 3 of the bagels you wanted but can swap it out for 3 different ones" I asked them to refund my order and left. It's a shame bc the bagels are good, as we have ordered them before, But even our last order was messed up. read more

Went for tests at Mayo (fasting). Came out in the mood for bagels. This place was rated high. Arrived at 10:30 and the place was busy. Good sign. Went to find out that it is strictly a bakery that sells coffee. No toasting. I bought a half dozen and took home. They were super fresh (still warm). Had a great bagel chew. It was a good decision. It is a fast casual type of place where you order at the counter and they deliver the food to your table. They had fifteen different biscuit sandwiches or plates, all very creative. I opted for the Huevos Rancheros. It was two delicious biscuit halves, topped with black beans, avocado, tomatoes, onions, cilantro and sunny side up eggs. It was a good size portion and very tasty. My sister had the shrimp and grits biscuit dish. She also enjoyed her meal. Service was friendly, helpful and quick. There are plenty of indoor tables as well as a good number of outdoor tables.
