Some of the best service I've ever had. The employee that helped me seemed happy to be there & was extremely polite. They also let me sample as many cream cheeses as I wanted. Also the flavor of the day I ordered- spinach Florentine- was stellar, and still warm & incredibly soft when I got home. Hands down the best bagel shop I've ever been to! If you love fresh bagels, this place is a must-visit. The bagels are perfectly soft on the inside with a delicious, slightly crunchy exterior. This time ordered online, unfortunately while my bagels were ready, my cream cheese wasn't and I waited almost 10 minutes to receive an onion and scallion with the mint froggy cover that I actually ordered. A little disappointing but not the end of the world. The person filling the cream cheese was very nice, just the person saying she was filling them never checked back, so it turns out my cream cheese was sitting to the side for a while- wasn't the friendliest. I tried to get some lemon blueberry bagels from my local grocery store but they said they were out. Guess who did have them? Jeff's Bagel Run. Don't you find that suspicious? Anywho, I ordered a 6 pack of their bagel of the day, the Lemon Blueberry and I already had the cream cheese. I also got a Hot Latte with Skim Milk and Lavender Syrup. I guess that's my standard now, if this is good then we good. I got it delivered and they smelled wonderful, still warm in the bag. I grabbed one, slathered it in cream cheese, and bit it. Man these are delicious! I really liked the sweet glaze it's covered in which must be the lemon part. The bagel itself is blueberry and really soft. Kudos. The latte was pretty good. Definitely stir it up before drinking as the syrup settled on the bottom, but also the cup that it comes in has a leakproof lid. You gotta pull of the tab to reveal the sipping part. Super unique bagel flavors & spreads. While there, the bagel of the day was an orange creamcicle so we gave it a try & it was surprisingly refreshing! It was soft and the outside had an orange/vanilla crunchy sprinkle. Very good! My personal favorite was the jalapeño cheddar bagel with the smoked jalapeño cream cheese. I'm not even usually a sweet bagel person, but Jeff's Bagel Run absolutely converted me. I had an Asiago bagel AND a blueberry bagel in the same day with zero shame because they were that good. The bagels have that perfect chewy texture, and the cream cheeses? Just dang good. You can tell everything is super fresh and made with actual care. Honestly one of those places where you take one bite and immediately start planning what you're ordering next time. Jacksonville officially has a new obsession. Jeff's Bagel Run is such a great new addition for bagel lovers. The bagel flavors are fantastic, with plenty of options that make it hard to choose just one. One of my favorite things is that they serve the spread on the side, so you can decide exactly how much goes on your bagel--and even save some for later. They offer a spread flight if you have a difficult time deciding like me! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Went there this morning around 11 after placing a pickup order for 11:00. When we arrived, they hadn't even started making our order. We were then told that all of the bagels we had ordered were sold out, along with PLAIN cream cheese. We ended up having to swap all of our bagels for different kinds that were still in stock. After we left, we checked the bag and realized we were also missing one of the four bagels we ordered. The bagels we did receive tasted pretty good, but unfortunately, the overall experience was terrible. Definitely disappointing, especially after ordering ahead for pickup. read more

Not good. We frequent the Jeff's in the Orlando area frequent, so we were excited when one opened here. It has been a complete disappointment. We have been several times hoping they'd get better but they are nothing like the ones we've had in Orlando. They aren't light and airy on inside and nice crisp outside. They are dense and rubbery with no taste. Inedible. Also the ones in Orlando are warm. These are a cold brick. read more

Good variety of bagels and cream cheese spreads. I ordered a plain bagel ($2.50) with strawberry cream cheese (separate charge of $2.50). Bagel was delicious. Cream cheese was good with fresh strawberries but for cream cheese it was very runny in the tub. Definitely weird to pour your cream cheese onto your bagel. I guess the price is just a little high for me to frequent. read more

That was one of the best bagels I have had. I got a salt bagel with chive and onion cream cheese and it was delicious. Not too salty, cream cheese had chunks of chives and onion and it was so fresh tasting. Very poor experience this morning. Went in to order a half dzn bagels and a few spreads. We were able to walk right up to the counter, my wife and I were 2 of maybe 7 customers in the store, 3 of whom were already eating bagels. We were ordering bagels and even as the lady was putting in our order, the bagels we were ordering were being taken for other orders. We finally were able to setlle on 6 "ready" bagels A few minutes after ordering, we were told one of the bagels was out and they were making more which would take approx 6 minutes. Ok no big deal. It was for their daily bagel so made sense it would be in demand. 30 minites later, after politely asking for progress , i was told they only had 3 bagels ready. 30+ minutes to have 3 bagels ready! My wife and I watched multiple sets of customers come in, order, and leave with their bagels while we just waited. When I politely confronted them about the amount of time that passed, one of the employees offered a free bagel card and a fellow employee said "we are out of 3 of the bagels you wanted but can swap it out for 3 different ones" I asked them to refund my order and left. It's a shame bc the bagels are good, as we have ordered them before, But even our last order was messed up. read more

Went for tests at Mayo (fasting). Came out in the mood for bagels. This place was rated high. Arrived at 10:30 and the place was busy. Good sign. Went to find out that it is strictly a bakery that sells coffee. No toasting. I bought a half dozen and took home. They were super fresh (still warm). Had a great bagel chew. They also had a great flavor BUT here's where they lost a star with me. They didn't have that NY bagel flavor I want from a bagel. Still VERY good. The place was very bright and clean. Well it's pasted right next to Smoothie King, but it's on the corner turn as you walk toward SK. Well, I always missed seeing Bagels Up because I park in front of SK's entrance and just never noticed Bagels Up until when one day I parked in the side of the lot that faced it! So finally my long wait to get here ended and I'll have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how attractive and well-kept this bagel (etc) shop is, along with the fact that it expands its offerings to coffee (including lattes and other variations) and sandwiches. This is a much larger bagel shop than Pop Up Bagels at Town Center. I was greeted by an excellent young server, Camden. He took interest in my questions, especially, on some of my comparisons to Pop Up. Aside from bagels, the two shops are very different. For one, Bagels Up has a nice seating area alongside the wall across the counter section. It's basic, but has nice tables and chairs. No elevated table seating. There are also three steel table and chairs outside the shop near the entrance. But I love the surf-centered decor - a Hawaiian look. In all, the sharp and clean appearance of this place alone will bring me back to Bagels Up! Another factor that separates Bagels Up from Pop Up is the fact that they serve bagel sandwiches (a good number on the menu) and coffee that includes lattes and iced versions. Pop Up is an about bagels - just bagels - and there's nothing wrong with that! Camden helped me with my choices, which finally landed on an Asiago bagel with cheese with chives and the French toast bagel with blueberry cheese spread. Yes, they were awesome! I like it even more that the cheese spreads are made in-house, not farmed in by a vendor. Both went very well on their assigned bagels! It was quite an enjoyable experience, as I spent time here getting to know this shop better and working on photos. I did carry out and decided to get the Warrior back into my carry out photos! Just the kind of snack he would've loved too! Come visit Bagels Up! They have enough options here that will make you very happy! One last difference between Bagels Up and Pop Up is the price. I would say that the cost of the bagels are much more affordable here at Bagels Up! I think they are affordable for most of those who visit here! Upon entry, the shop remains as inviting as ever. The decor is simple yet clean, offering a crisp, open layout perfect for studying, professional or casual meetings, or just relaxing with your favorite cup of Java. Selection: Caramel Banana Latte (Hot, 12oz -- served in the next size up with oat milk) This drink greeted me with a bold banana-forward flavor accented by smooth caramel tones. The banana syrup gives it a more "grown-up" twist that may not suit everyone's taste, but it definitely makes an impression. While enjoyable, it's not one I'd personally order again -- though still well-crafted. I've visited Round Bird many times and always appreciate their creative coffee offerings and extensive menu of unique flavor combinations. There's no shortage of tempting sweet treats, though I skipped them this round. Last week of April 2026, my wife Judy and I were in Jacksonville/Atlantic Beach for a conference. While I was in session, she returned to our rental condo and got locked out due to a malfunctioning electronic door lock. She couldn't reach me (ringer off), so she walked down the street to Breezy. Owner Nancy Breezy immediately welcomed her with open arms. She lent Judy her personal phone so she could contact the condo owners to get the door fixed. Once that was handled, Nancy introduced Judy to the regulars, making her feel completely at home. Judy ordered a delicious latte and some gluten-free baked goods -- both were outstanding. On a deeper note, Judy has been through an incredibly tough couple of years with painful losses that had shaken her faith in human kindness. Nancy single-handedly restored that faith. Breezy feels like a quaint, neighborly oasis of love, fueled by Nancy's genuine goodness. Everything served here seems infused with what we now call "Vitamin L" -- pure love and warmth. Nancy didn't just help with a locked door -- she rescued my wife's spirit that day. If you're in Jacksonville Beach, make time for Breezy. You'll leave with great coffee, amazing treats, and an even bigger smile. Thank you, Nancy -- you are a gem!

We ordered it for pick up and it's a small cute little place and you can sit inside too. I really enjoyed the flavors of everything!

Ambience is what I'd call functional. food comes out fast, coffee is very good (not as good as the Holiday Inn, which has the Costa system that grinds the beans from a hopper and is really great). As long as they stay focused, I'd recommend it to anyone.

After it was warmed up it was good tho- I loved the aldehyde flavor notes in the filling. Overall? My visit was fine, but nothing special.
