Was so worried about needing to have my car repaired and where I should take it to not have any issues. So happy I made the decision to use K&L. They were very thorough during the inspection and handled everything with the insurance which was nice. Overall did a good job with my car, my only issue was that when I went to pick it up, there were a few minor things that were missed so I had to leave my car and pick it up another day. Better attention to detail when delivering a final product would have made this a 5-star experience. But when I did point out the minor things, the team at K&L were apologetic and fixed it right away. Thank you!

Do NOT COME HERE! Porfavor no vengan aquí!…read more Horrible service! This place is a total scam. The owner sells himself to be an amazing auto shop and the vehicle will be ready over the weekend, I have over a month and a half waiting for parts. He simply wanted to cash the Progressive check. It's been ridiculous. I had to rent a car for a week for work as he said my vehicle would be ready during the week. Went to check on the car it was never worked on as the pieces didn't arrive. I paid 1K out of pocket for nothing. It's been 3.5 weeks and haven't heard of the pieces arrived, ETA, nothing but he sure is enjoying that money. Do not come here at all! Do yourself a favor and read the reviews! His staff don't know what they are doing either! Believe the reviews! Do not bring your vehicle to this place!

He refused to give me a itemized receipt of the work that was done - that's because it never was done! Buyer be very aware. I plan on perusing this further

This a place where everyone is actually friendly. They do not try to charge you for unnecessary things, which is another A+ in my book! As a female, this has been my greatest concern in an auto shop. They do their best to keep your bill to a minimum. I have even suggested things I thought I might need done and was told that I did not need them. Shout out to Austin and Rob for always taking great care of me. I actually moved out of the area a few years ago, and I still come back. I would recommend them to anyone needing their car done for almost anything!
