I was quite comfortable in the relaxed, friendly atmosphere until management decided to call an employee to task for a really minor infraction while I was sitting there. The manager did not get up and come over to tell the employee quietly that she'd made an error. She berated her in front of everyone. I was impressed with how that employee shook it off and continued to smile, because I was still annoyed hours later. But my experience with Mayra outweighed everything else so I'm still giving 5 stars. Also, the other two employees were friendly as well, and smiled often. It was just the manager that made me feel ill at ease.

Because of this, it wasn't possible to know that the prescription wasn't right for me until I opened the new box and used a pair. When I called to tell them my eyes were really strained and that text was blurry, they told me to come back in for another exam. I had a different doctor and a different and better prescription. They are charging me for the new contacts because the other box with the incorrect prescription was opened. Even though they never gave me the correct trial pair! I will never go back! She looks and sees it's the same as last year but is still adamant that they don't take the insurance (BCBS). In fact they have signs that say if you have waited more than 15 minutes long to let the desk know. All three employees working the front desk were young and obviously never taught manners. I pay $130 for same (contact eye exam & fitting" down the road. Yelled about the excessive fees and was given a supposed credit on account. Son went back and credit was no longer on account. They have lost my trust. Will not do business with ever again.
