My husband went to this doctor. The office tried to collect more money after we left and the prescription for his glasses is off. He just attempted to buy contacts from another eye doctor and the prescription from Wacasey is horrible. He had blurry vision. We do not recommend this eye doctor. read more

This is a first for me....[[HIGHLIGHT]]The last couple years the office staff has become very incompetent with their entering prescriptions to the website for patients to use to order my contacts.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The first time it was corrected and I received the correct contacts. The 2nd time she entered again the wrong prescription-I ordered not knowing it was incorrect, you would ASSUME it to be correct. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had 3 phone call conversations for her to get the correct ones entered into the system. She couldn't figure out what was supposed to be the prescription[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I paid an extra $10 for them to be delivered to my home. The new prescription that she entered in she had delivered to the office-I had to drive 45 minutes to pick them up, oops she forgot to tell me to bring the ones that were incorrect because of her incompetence. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She refused to give them to me. I refuse to drive another 45 miles home to pick up old and return them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I pray that whomever uses this office gets everything verified with Dr. Wacasey and to NEVER trust the receptionist to enter correctly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have been a patient at this facility for over 25 years- I moved to all 3 places with Dr. Wacasey. Dr. Wacasey and his staff are always fun. I have 4 kids and they service all of them with a smile. The ONLY downside that I personally encountered was that the owner is an avid Dallas Mavericks fan, when he obviously should be a Lakers fan. Other than that, everyone is down to earth. They have a great selection of frames and most of the employees wear glasses (maybe It's part of the job), so they have knowledge on what will fit your face, both comfortably and fashionably. read more

The worst I've ever been to! I gave the man over $500 and never got an RX for glasses or contacts. All he could say was he didn't know what to do but sure didn't offer any reimbursement. Almost forgot to mention I made 5 trips to his office while trying to work. read more

Just to let you know, after charging me $80,00, sent me to Dr. Lehmann and I had cataract surgery which was good. Then the day after Dr. Wacasey charged me $35.00 and again after the 2nd eye surgery another $35.00. When I contacted them about my Humana Insurance saying I did NOT owe, a copay for those 2 visits, the $70.00. I had to call them several times to get my refund, they acted as if I owed it to them. And even said they had contacted my insurance and they were waiting to hear back from them, and they would call me and they never did, so I contacted my insurance and found out that they had sent a letter 3 weeks before stating they owed me a refund. He had even told me I didn't owe anything after the surgeries when I came back to get fitted with my glasses, they told me no charge as I was leaving. But they charged me $35.00. And they only sent me $35.00 not the $70.00 I was owed. I also didn't use them for my glasses even though my Humana insurance paid for them, I suggest you go to EyeMart Express, they don't cheat you and you get a great fit. And if anyone from his office is reading this you can cancel my appointment for Jan. I won't be back to a doctor that cheats his patients on a fixed income and facing more surgery. Just be careful and if you can go online, check out what they charge and what you are suppose to pay or not pay. read more
