He was quick to teach me, that I should not dismiss my anxiety, but embrace it. Just because some things I am doing are successful at the moment, does not mean they will always be. I should not be so hard on myself. Dr Reiner taught me that the ability to both accept and deflect criticism is a very valuable skill, a technique he applies to himself when working through his negative Yelp reviews. But as we both agreed, these types of things are easier said than done. Even though he hasn't replied publicly to any of his haters on Yelp, I got the sense that he has acknowledged these issues and is working to try to better himself. In a way, he almost took pride in accepting negative reviews. And I guess you could say, in this case Yelp is the therapist's therapist.

Instead of feeling supported as a patient seeking mental health treatment, I felt ignored and pushed aside. One of the biggest concerns for me has been the lack of transparency regarding my treatment status and continuity of care. When patients reach out asking for clarification or support, they deserve timely responses and professionalism, not to feel like they are being avoided. I also felt that concerns I raised were not taken seriously, and the overall experience created unnecessary stress during a time when I was specifically seeking help and stability. I strongly encourage anyone seeking services to make sure they document all communications and advocate for themselves throughout the process.

So I started service here 9.25.25 I was pregnant due to give birth 11.11.25 but things happened that from 9.29.25 til 10.13.25 I was in and out hospital experiencing early labor I eventually gave birth 10.10.25 to a pre term baby so after coming out the hospital I continued to try and make it to my online appt. But due to freshly having a baby sleep schedule and not feeling well made me miss a few appts. My lovely therapist ( Pia ) told me that due to no shows my case was getting closed I fought to keep it open explaining I just had a baby and time and things she told me call the office talk to them and explain and I did. And they DENIED ME !!!!! not being understanding that I just gave birth I understand rules and all but obviously after freshly having a baby a mom schedule off track the first few weeks. Now my baby almost 3 months more on schedule it's better I can actually attend and Now they denying me ( mind you my files says how I'm experiencing postpartum depression and all and still denied a mother looking for help ) wanting to send her to another company with other people to start all over with a new therapist like it's just that easy I got comfortable with my therapist told her stuff I never told others and you guys think it's easy to do that ? Mind you my case hasn't even been closed for less than 30 days literally got closed 12.28. My Friend stays in the supportive housing through here and his experience has been the worst. His fridge broke they allowed him to use one in a main area and then got upset they had to unlock it for him so they sent him to the hospital. Then they filed a $5000 loan from the state in his name and never told him. Now he owes money to the state and they refuse to give him his rental records or explain why they did that...his mental health has actually been declining since he moved in. He was much more, happy and moods where more stable when he was homeless and that's sad....
