This is a terrible waste of my time!! A routine dental cleaning should not have taken up my entire morning, and yet it has. I have had this experience one too many times here and I am the foolish one that continues to come back because I am hopeful that you will get it together one day. Frankly, this location is convenient for me because it is walking distance from my house. Even so, I dread coming here because my experience is always the same. If you cannot keep your appointments, don't give them, simple. Stop wasting your patients' time, energy and patience. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. He was quick to teach me, that I should not dismiss my anxiety, but embrace it. Just because some things I am doing are successful at the moment, does not mean they will always be. I should not be so hard on myself. Dr Reiner taught me that the ability to both accept and deflect criticism is a very valuable skill, a technique he applies to himself when working through his negative Yelp reviews. But as we both agreed, these types of things are easier said than done. Even though he hasn't replied publicly to any of his haters on Yelp, I got the sense that he has acknowledged these issues and is working to try to better himself. In a way, he almost took pride in accepting negative reviews. And I guess you could say, in this case Yelp is the therapist's therapist.

I needed some test done for NYC employment so, I called to see how I needed to proceed in getting a referral for an special eye test demanded by the city. I could not get any answers on how the processes takes place. The only answer I got was I need to setup an appointment. I asked if I could do a walk-in and the answer was yes but there is a chance I might not be seen. And you cannot get a referral from a walk-in. I am the only one in the waiting room now writing this message. I just want to ask my questions to someone else who knows what they are talking about. I turns that there is no one to talk to to get the young women in front up to speed on procedures and customer/patient service. It is a very cumbersome process.
