I got as far as having a consultation and filling out over 30 pages of questionnaires. Dr. Philippe told me someone would be reaching out that week. A week passed, I followed up by calling multiple times and texting. More time passed and still nothing. These were the last text messages and there was radio silence. Nothing was looked into, there was no urgency being that I never heard back. It was a complete waste of time, I have no idea how this place is still in business.
