Greg is great! Very empathetic and responsive, with good suggestions about medication and tradeoffs between them.

I met Dr. Tiffany Rice through a mutual friend of mine ,who had worked for one of the best plastic…read moresurgeons in Manhattan for decades, while I had been searching for a solution to improve my appearance without plastic surgery. I had met/interviewed a few doctors to find " the one " who would understand my concerns but I was not quite comfortable with any of them. More importantly, I was not able to convince myself to do whatever they recommended as I was a bit afraid of trying their various recommendations. Simply, I could not trust any of them. It just did not feel right. This all changed once I sat down with Dr. Rice, this thirty- something, strikingly beautiful, confident, & very understanding Doctor of Nursing Practice( DNP) who patiently listened to my nonstop outburst /laments over an hour during the initial consultation. It was over one year ago & the rest was history. My quest of searching for the one who could enhance my appearance had finally ended. I was able to achieve the natural look, glowing skin, & improved texture not only for my face & neck but for my entire body. No oversized puffy lips or frozen forehead of which I just could not stand! The stubborn body parts looking saggy no matter how hard I exercise have improved drastically. Dr. Tiffany has solved ( & who is continuously helping ) most of my concerns . She is not one of the best; she is THE BEST. Check out her IG account, @dr.tiffanymrice for more information. On a side note, Dr. Rice has been, reportedly, "snatched up" by the prestigious & well known skin care institution, The Dangene Institute, @dangeneskin, as a partner, having been introduced by one of their mutual customers. Highly, wholeheartedly recommended.

I'm not sure where to even begin. I started seeing Ms. Tam after Ms. Borowski left in March. Since…read morethen it has been nothing but bad experiences. The first time I saw Ms. Tam was in April after I started experiencing severe panic attacks and insomnia. She prescribed me three medications and told me to follow up in two weeks. I had to follow up four days later after the side effects of the medication aggravated the mental health issues I was already experiencing. She prescribed me three new medications and suggested I see a psychiatrist. She gave me three suggestions and none of them accepted my insurance. Of the three new medications I only ended up taking one because it had no side effects and after researching the other two, my psychotherapist and I learned that those two should not be mixed to begin with. After about another week of suicidal ideations and no sleep, I reached out to her and her assistant for guidance on referring me to a psychiatrist that accepts my insurance. They initially told me they could not help me because the ones she gave me were the only ones she knew. I wrote her and her office a lengthy email about the lack of help and negligence of prescribing me medications that should not be taken together. I CC'd my therapist and emergency contact and that is when Ms. Tam's assistant reached out with a psychiatrist who accepts my insurance. Fast forward to October. I schedule an appointment for my annual check up as well as having my employment paperwork filled out. A few days from my appointment someone from her office reaches out and tells me she will be on vacation and asked me to reschedule. I reschedule my appointment for when she is supposed to return. The day of my rescheduled appointment which was on a Monday, I show up to the office and her assistant tells me she is still on vacation and he had called me on Friday to reschedule and they had moved it to Tuesday. This was news to me because I never received a call. I had no missed calls, no voice messages, no texts nor emails stating that my appointment was rescheduled to Tuesday. I then reschedule it for that Wednesday. Tuesday evening I get a text from her office saying they no longer accept my insurance and I can either cancel or pay out of pocket. Of course I cancelled because why would I pay out of pocket when I have insurance and on top of that pay out of pocket for THAT kind of service. I've also been trying to get in contact with their billing department because they charged one of my visits from over a year ago as outpatient with no insurance. When I call they tell me someone will get in contact with me. Til this day I have not spoken to anyone from the billing department. Long story short, find someone else.

I have seen Kimberly for a little over two years--approximately 5 visits--from regular physical checkups to other medical issues. Initially, I wanted to see an MD, but I found Kimberly to be more caring, knowledgeable, and thorough than MDs/practitioners I had visited in the past. After my first appointment with Kimberly, I recommended her to my spouse, who would eventually see Kimberly for the annual physical checkups and other concerns. We both consider her our PCP (Primary Care Physician) and went to her for all general care one would get from a PCP. In one instance, as an example, I saw Kimberly for an unknown/relatively uncommon symptoms, and she impressed me by asking whether I experienced other detailed/specific symptoms all from memory--as alluded to above, she's very knowledgeable and thorough--I did look up those symptoms prior to the visit to appreciate her asking relevant questions. Kimberly did not think there was anything to be worried about based on my responses to her questions, gave me samples to try out for two weeks, and gave a referral to a specialist in case I wanted to make sure. (I did eventually go to the specialist, and found out there was nothing to worry about, just as Kimberly had suggested.) To summarize, Kimberly Dy is an exceptional practitioner and patients should definitely at least try her out, for medical care or any conditions for which one would normally see a PCP.
