I am treated like I have done something wrong and tehre is only so many hours I can spend on this. Even after arranging a three-way call with my insurance on the line, they didn't answer and still refused to send over the necessary details on my behalf It's unfortunate because I would have likely rated them highly if they were willing to work to resolve these issues (insurance says they only need to call). This seems like the type of place that works well until something goes wrong--and when it does, you're on your own. If you're not willing to take that gamble, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I kept hopping around because no one seemed to do a great job or the turnover would be so high that I never saw the same person. Enter Dr. Peterson and her amazing staff. I have had some serious work done there and have not had a single issue. I feel better about the health of my teeth than I ever have, in part because I can afford two cleanings a year with their discount program. They have an endodontist in the same building which is convenient for people like me, who need annual root canals, not to mention the staff is truly the most enjoyable of any doctors office I have ever been too. And it's genuine- you can tell everyone there wants to help. If you don't believe me- I drive from Parker to Wheat Ridge to see them!

Year and a half went by and this Dr. Freimuth was never able to give me my final teeth with new implants, but he sure took my $25K and I was denied at least a partial refund to go get my teeth somewhere else. Back in March 2026 I had to go to a real oral surgeon after having pain and headaches, after new x-rays I was told that the infection not only came back but this called surgeon Dr. Freimuth only took one of the 4 old implants after charging me to extract all of them, leaving 3 of them and causing the infection to come back. I had to go true the same procedure pay another $30K and got my teeth in 5 months. Be careful with this Prosmile clinic and Dr. Mike Freimuth, took my money, their service is terrible, do your home work before you go to this clinic
