DR. KING IS THE BEST!!!! Shame on me for never making the…read moretime to write a review so here goes: I absolutely LOVE Atlanta Dental Spa ~ Johns Creek Location!!!! From the time you step into the lobby the girls are all so welcoming. Especially with these times with COVID they are taking all the necessary precautions. Dr. King starts by establishing and prioritizing a plan for me. He makes sure I understand it and explains everything to me and ALL the options that there might be. My personal case today: I was having 3 crown preps and a possible 4th crown prep. Dr. King said lets not make the decision yet, if you want let me get in there and let me see what I see and then we'll talk. I said cool, so when it was time Dr. King stopped what he was doing and explained exactly what he saw once he got in my mouth and further looked around while I was numb. He is also gentle when giving me novocaine as well, I hardly felt anything. He's just the best all around!! Dr. King is so kind, and also wants to know how my life is going, which means he's very personable with an AWESOME bedside manner. He takes as much time as I need to ask questions etc... I have a lot of questions LOL. His main goal in my eyes is to make sure I understand everything going forward and to make sure I'm always comfortable throughout my procedures. Dr. King is so GENTLE while he's in my mouth and while working on me he's constantly making sure I am comfortable along with his assistants which are all very kind and caring to me as well. Asking what TV channel I want to watch, would I like a blanket, am I still ok, they go over the bill what insurance should cover, etc... Today, Dr. King's assistant was Alaina Sarrantonio. Bottom line is: If you are afraid of the dentist or uncomfortable I will be the first to tell you just call ADS Johns Creek and make an appointment with the "Dental King". (In my eyes he's a King!!) He's got the right last name that's for sure. He is very anal that my mouth leaves there perfect, going above and beyond!! Dr. King is a perfectionist , which I love because I'm OCD and want everything perfect so I LOVE that about him as well!!!! Dr. King to boot even checked on me tonight to see how I was doing and feeling. I thought that was awesome having my dentist check up on me. I hope this helps the people trying to figure out their next dentist!! Ciao, Renee ( Hated the dentist until I started going to Atlanta Dental Spa)

Dr. Hamilton has gone out of his way to make sure my mouth is getting back to normal. All staff and this place goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I pay out of my dental plan just to come here. Worth every penny. Kerri sat with me even when they were closed to make sure the finances were worked out for my first visit. I still have many more visits to go, but I am finally not scared. Thanks Atlanta Dental Spa!

I've always hated going to the dentist, but Roswell Complete Dentistry makes the experience…read morecomfortable and provides you with a detailed look into your care. The office is very well-designed, creating the ideal calming environment for cleanings or more stressful procedures. The patient care is really top-tier here and the dentists help you understand exactly what's going on with your teeth and help identify areas for improvement without any shame. I love how they pull up your X-rays and show you exactly what is going on in your mouth instead of just telling you. I love a show-and-tell when it comes to healthcare, makes a huge difference in how I comprehend any issues. They take their time to make sure all of your questions are answered and don't immediately rush off to the next patient. I don't have dental insurance, so I went ahead and purchased their membership plan. For $325 a year, you get 2 exams with cleanings, X-rays, and fluoride included. You also get 25% off any more involved procedures. The staff is all very friendly and ensure you have a comfortable and stress-free experience. I would recommend Roswell Complete Dentistry for attentive and high-quality care.

When I shared it with the Lady at the front desk she told me that she feels sorry but it's their policy. I asked to talk to the Supervisor and she responded to me in a very rude manner that she is a supervisor and if I want to talk to Dr Mila, I can sit here and wait but she does not how long I will have to wait. The way she talked to me was very unprofessional. I left very disappointed and frustrated about this experience. I planned the visit in advance and adjusted my schedule around it. Very disappointing experience.

I actually managed to write…read moredown the wrong date and showed up a full week early for my cleaning, but everyone at the front desk was so kind and understanding. They insisted I wait just a few minutes and managed to squeeze me right in. I know that's not something they can always pull off, but it meant the world that they even tried. Once I was in the chair, Dorina was fantastic as always. She always makes me feel completely comfortable, talks me through everything, and does a meticulous job cleaning my teeth. Truly top-notch care from a wonderful team--I couldn't recommend them more!

At my next visit, I received my temporary veneers. I immediately told him they looked too big for my mouth. He told me not to worry and said the final veneers would look smoother, smaller, and more natural. The next day, I emailed the coordinator to explain that I wanted a natural look -- not bulky, not too long or too wide -- just similar to my original teeth with a small upgrade. I already had beautiful teeth, but as I got older, I had some discoloration. The response I received was simply, "Thanks for letting us know." I also called Dr. Cooper again and told him I did not like the temporary veneers and asked him not to make the final ones bulky. He again told me not to worry. Four weeks later, I went back to receive the final veneers. They placed them with temporary cement and asked how I liked them. I told Dr. Cooper they were too big for my mouth, too long, and uneven -- the left side looked bigger than the right. I clearly said I did not like them. He told me he could not change anything and that we needed to cement them permanently. I felt like I had no choice, so they were permanently cemented. After that, I felt terrible. My speech changed because the top teeth were too big. When I talk, I sound different, and I sometimes struggle to pronounce words clearly. When I eat, I have to be very careful. I experience daily discomfort, nerve pain, and gum irritation because of the poor work. I have now spoken to four other doctors for second opinions. All of them said the veneers are definitely too big and bulky, and that is why my speech has changed. They also said the unevenness is due to poor work. I paid a lot of money for this treatment, and now I am paying even more to fix the damage. I lost my confidence, I am in pain, and I feel like Dr. Cooper ignored my concerns and did not listen to me. This has been a very painful and disappointing experience for me
