I saw two other dentists and was told that my tooth was fractured and needed to be extracted. I came to this office during their annual free extraction event expecting to lose the tooth. Dr. Andersen took the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation and wasn't convinced that extraction was the right answer. She determined that the "lesion" was actually a piece of bone protruding through the gum and removed it. Almost immediately, the pain that had been bothering me for weeks was gone. I am incredibly grateful not only because she found the real problem, but because she saved my tooth. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to look deeper instead of rushing to remove the tooth made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Andersen, for your exceptional care. I have lots of bad memories from the dentist as a kid and loads of anxiety about getting dental work. The staff (dentists and assistants) always communicate with me about what they are doing and why, show great patience, kindness and understanding when I get upset or anxious. I have had someone hold my hand while I calmed down. This past visit, I had to get prep work for a crown. I have had 2 other ones and they went ok, but I needed to be numbed several times before they could proceed. I was a mess and the care with which they handled my situation was exceptional. I was able to have the process completed and I walked out with such gratitude. Overcoming painful childhood experiences at the dentist has been a challenge as an adult. I am so thankful for their mental expertise and their care.

We've been watching this place go downhill for the last year or two. For Dentistry, the staff is…read morenice but the waits are very long and it's always a chaotic scene in the waiting area. Seems like they are overscheduling or just really disorganized. For Orthodontics, this was our first time using them and it has been a DISASTER! There have been numerous cancelled appointments because the orthodontist isn't in. And then it is very hard to reschedule because you can almost never reach a receptionist. The number is controlled by a call center who transfers you with no resolve. The payment plan they gave us was paid off early and now they want to collect again for additional visits but half the time they are rushing you in and out without fixing or doing the job that needed to be done at the visit. My daughter has had a broken wire for months and they keep saying they will fix it the next visit. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for orthodontia. This place is extremely unorganized, and you will pay extra for that. Not to mention they advised my daughter to get several teeth removed, which we did, and now she has gaps that are not closing because of their lack of care.

However, that didn't bother us much until the dentists wrong call led to an abscess on my husbands tooth because of which he had to get his tooth extracted from another dental clinic. My husband had a cavity on his teeth. The dentist did filling but no root canal. After few weeks the same tooth started to pain. This time too the dentist just redid the filling. After a week my husbands tooth started developing abscess. The dentist put him on antibiotics and said that the abscess will dry out soon. However, his abscess became worse. At that stage the dentist recommended extraction. Because of this issue, we no more go to this dental clinic.
