I did arrive late and Ms. Brittany said no worries that I would be next. I was so happy because I didn't want to reschedule. When I arrived the office was warm and Ms. Brittany was very friendly. We had a couple of side bar conversations about the state of the world we live in. It was nice to just talk to someone. The process for the procedure was seamless. My paperwork was partial complete so it took me no time to finish. After waiting I was quickly seen by the technician. She was very personable and sweet. She explained the procedures and what I needed to do to get great images. During the process I fell asleep. She told me one of the images had to be done because I moved. I knew I had moved when I woke myself up. She redid it and within 5 minutes I was done. She then explained that a copy would be sent to MRCP and I asked for a copy. She did the copy of images literally in 3 minutes. By the time I came back from the restroom she was done. This was a easy experience and if I ever need an MRI I am most definitely coming here and you should too.

The waiting room wait is usually not long though I tend to schedule either very early or very late when it's not busy. The MRI machines here are clean. I haven't had any issues. They prep you well and ensure you get earplugs and the an additional ear muffs over your ears. They give you a blanket to keep you warm and if you need additional they will give them to you. I've had many brain MRIs, an elbow MRI (external MRI where you only place elbow in and you sit in a chair), CT scans, X-rays, ultrasounds and more. My experience is always a good one. The staff are friendly and caring. The temperature is fine in here. NOTE: effective January 1, 2026 this location and all RAI locations have changed over to Princeton Radiology. They will merge all patient files together. I am ok with this as I always like Princeton Radiology on Quakerbridge road.

I presented with GI issues, and despite being prescribed Venlafaxine, he never once alerted me to the risk of Seratonin Syndrome from taking Zofran and Venlafaxine. He acted with extreme arrogance when he told me it was in my paperwork to take home, when a nurse confirmed it was not in my paperwork. I have been going to Patient First for over a decade, and this is the first time I've encountered a clinician who is so incredibly arrogant and negligent. It is a shame, because the staff are otherwise okay. Brian Richard Hornak should be reeducated on alerting patients to drug interactions. His ego is walking away from the situation instead of rectifying it is not in line with Patient First's values.

I was greeted with big smiles and friendly voices from Jenny and Natalie and they both were so helpful! Then, I had the pleasure of meeting my technologist, Alicia, and I fell in love all over again with Jefferson Outpatient Imaging!!! Alicia was SUPER friendly, very caring and helpful!! She truly cared how I felt and wanted to make sure I had a great MRI experience with them. To be honest the entire staff treated me the same way! I do recommend this facility to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!! I called to make an appointment and found out they had an appointment 2 days out at their Marlton location. I had to admit. The Yelp and Google reviews had me worried about snarky staff and long waits. I arrived early. They are bottom floor in the Rothman Institute building. Suite 101. I checked in with no hassle. I was there about 20 minutes early and I think I was taken back five minutes after my appointment time, so not too bad. The staff member (unfortunately don't recall her name!) was great and had me in and out of the xray room in about 15/20 minutes. Then I had to wait for a cd copy in the lobby but it only took 10 ish minutes or so.
