I usually have them done at either Jefferson Hospital or Penn in the city, which both tend to be a bit straight to the point and lack any type of personal interaction, but not at this location! Marissa(I know that's not right, but it's close) who does insurance/front desk was literally the nicest and most genuine person I've met in awhile, great conversation and she answered all my questions - I tend to become a chatter box when I'm nervous haha. I literally only needed to wait 2 minutes and I was already being seen by Lori, who was super professional, compassionate, explained every step of the way and answered all my "dumb" questions. Marissa(to be fair she butchered my name too haha) and Lori made this unwanted/stressful visit quick,easy and painless. You guys a rock stars and deserve so much praise(maybe a raise too!)for being great people and awesome employees. I will unfortunately be back to this location for my future MRI's and will certainly tell everyone I know how great this location is!

It was complected and sitting on top of the machine. She would not get up to get it for me. Finally, the other girl reluctantly got it for me and handed it to me. It was about 4 feet away from them.

I did arrive late and Ms. Brittany said no worries that I would be next. I was so happy because I didn't want to reschedule. When I arrived the office was warm and Ms. Brittany was very friendly. We had a couple of side bar conversations about the state of the world we live in. It was nice to just talk to someone. The process for the procedure was seamless. My paperwork was partial complete so it took me no time to finish. After waiting I was quickly seen by the technician. She was very personable and sweet. She explained the procedures and what I needed to do to get great images. During the process I fell asleep. She told me one of the images had to be done because I moved. I knew I had moved when I woke myself up. She redid it and within 5 minutes I was done. She then explained that a copy would be sent to MRCP and I asked for a copy. She did the copy of images literally in 3 minutes. By the time I came back from the restroom she was done. This was a easy experience and if I ever need an MRI I am most definitely coming here and you should too.

The waiting room wait is usually not long though I tend to schedule either very early or very late when it's not busy. The MRI machines here are clean. I haven't had any issues. They prep you well and ensure you get earplugs and the an additional ear muffs over your ears. They give you a blanket to keep you warm and if you need additional they will give them to you. I've had many brain MRIs, an elbow MRI (external MRI where you only place elbow in and you sit in a chair), CT scans, X-rays, ultrasounds and more. My experience is always a good one. The staff are friendly and caring. The temperature is fine in here. NOTE: effective January 1, 2026 this location and all RAI locations have changed over to Princeton Radiology. They will merge all patient files together. I am ok with this as I always like Princeton Radiology on Quakerbridge road.

I didn't hear of Patient…read moreFirst before this, but I'm glad I got the flyer in my mail because I like it here (I mean, no one likes to be at the doctors but it is a good place to go). A week later I was here for the first time when I cut my finger while cutting the lawn. They cleaned it up (it was outside the window for stitches), they set me up with medication and a note for school and work and I was good to go!! More recently in the last year I've been back for a ear infection and a physical for my new college. All the times I have been here I have had great experiences! Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors and nurses are friendly, the procedures are quick and efficient, flexible hours, and I never had any troubles here. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that it is located off of Route 309. It's a convenient location, but going in and pulling out can be a pain due to the crowded nature of 309. Still that doesn't take away from the overall rating.

I presented with GI issues, and despite being prescribed Venlafaxine, he never once alerted me to the risk of Seratonin Syndrome from taking Zofran and Venlafaxine. He acted with extreme arrogance when he told me it was in my paperwork to take home, when a nurse confirmed it was not in my paperwork. I have been going to Patient First for over a decade, and this is the first time I've encountered a clinician who is so incredibly arrogant and negligent. It is a shame, because the staff are otherwise okay. Brian Richard Hornak should be reeducated on alerting patients to drug interactions. His ego is walking away from the situation instead of rectifying it is not in line with Patient First's values.

I felt comfortable and cared for by all from security at the front door, each tech Dr and nurse. Gilliana, I hope I spelled it correctly was the best nurse ever in a not so great time. She got my iv in with no problem and made me feel that I would be ok. That is half the battle in the ER. She and her colleagues continued to treat me great right up til I left. Although, my appointment was late at night, I didn't mind but I'm sure the ladies would have rather been at home but they NEVER showed it!!! The facility is EXTREMELY clean!! I was greeted with big smiles and friendly voices from Jenny and Natalie and they both were so helpful! Then, I had the pleasure of meeting my technologist, Alicia, and I fell in love all over again with Jefferson Outpatient Imaging!!! Alicia was SUPER friendly, very caring and helpful!! She truly cared how I felt and wanted to make sure I had a great MRI experience with them. To be honest the entire staff treated me the same way! I do recommend this facility to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!! However, I MUST let you know I would have given a 4-Star if it was not for the services I received from Alicia, Jenny and Natalie because there is NO handicapped button to push to enter or exit to assist patients with walkers, wheelchairs or canes and there are NO grab bars to assist with getting off the MRI table or dressing room area. I called to make an appointment and found out they had an appointment 2 days out at their Marlton location. I had to admit. The Yelp and Google reviews had me worried about snarky staff and long waits. I arrived early. They are bottom floor in the Rothman Institute building. Suite 101. I checked in with no hassle. I was there about 20 minutes early and I think I was taken back five minutes after my appointment time, so not too bad. The staff member (unfortunately don't recall her name!) was great and had me in and out of the xray room in about 15/20 minutes. Then I had to wait for a cd copy in the lobby but it only took 10 ish minutes or so.
