This Pediatric Office is a very large group with FOUR locations - Lawrenceville, Hamilton Mill,…read moreDuluth, and Sugar Hill. They have a very innovative appointment system and the staff is friendly and competent. They have a very superior patient portal to access vitals, results, and book appointments. They also text you appointment confirmations. I typically do not have to wait too long in the waiting room for our appointments. Doctors are knowledgeable, but know sometimes it feels as if you are being rushed. They see a lot of kids, and like to stick a schedule. Sometimes I have to stop the doctors and really have them listen to my concerns and push them to get them to fully understand vs. sticking to the textbook. I have had to drop a doctor in the practice and pick another one up, due to not having a chemistry with them. The good thing is you can pick and choose your doctors since there are so many in each location.

I am so excited that I found Dr. Willingham's newly opened practice! Not only could they see both my children but they saw 2 NEW PATIENTS same day! I was super impressed with this and even more impressed with the office when I got there. It was very clean & the staff were just so friendly and thorough. Lastly, my review of the provider. I have 2 teenagers and I am thoroughly impressed with her bedside manner, her attention to detail and overall medical abilities. One of my children is a very involved medical case (to say the least) but she was able to pick up on things and get up to speed fairly quickly. She made sure to speak to them and keep them engaged as patients in their own medical care. Anyone who decides to come here will be very happy with the choice & care they receive.

This office has a very strange vibe to it. They are not friendly and warm at all. Something a pediatrician office should be at all times especially with kids. The ONLY reason we continued to go to this office is because they have availability and it is close by. However after recent experiences we will never return. The office is always empty while other peds offices are not even accepting new patients. This should have been warning enough. Previously my daughter was misdiagnosed according to another physician who we took her to the same day who claimed this office should have never let us leave if they claimed her diagnosis was fatal. Another recent visit, they seemed annoyed by us being there. We called and got a same day appointment and not once smile out of Dr. C - very stern and zero warmth. The front desk is not much better. Fake smile at best, zero genuiness. They charge $100 upfront and then bill you 2 weeks later for co-pay. When things keep appearing without explanation, I have to take time out of my very busy schedule to chase down what a co-pay is about and for what date of service. No clarity ever. All in all, I am so extremely disappointed in the way we were treated. I take my nanny in with me for help and they are extremely rude to her and do not acknowledge her presence. We will never endorse this behavior and hope no one else has to face the unkind experiences we have had.

Apparently all the rooms have different country themes. We were in the African room. Lastly, I do wanna point out that they do use medical plastic instead of metal earrings. This is the same material they use for a medical heart stent. This is to ensure there is no bad reaction to the earrings. I like that. They are also still cute!
