This is a great place with a great staff. They're always cheerful and get me in and out as quick as possible and I've never had any issues in dealing with medical bills or correspondence because they always get the work done that needs to be done with no complaining long work hours and keep a good attitude. I trust my life at Long Street and they've never done me wrong. Be nice and supportive because I want them to stay around! Highly recommend

The staff was quiet and rude and not friendly.. we were the ONLY patients in the whole office and were waiting for 20 minutes. After sitting and waiting and looking around the office more and more we actually got up and I asked the lady at the front to delete my chart that we were leaving. There's a big "No smoking" sign by the front door not very nice to broadcast in a children's clinic. I don't know how this place has not been shut down yet. Not to mention the doctor's picture when you google the practice looks like a mug shot. Not a very good look. If your thinking of bringing your children here. RUN

Just make sure your calling 706-216 7337, if you google the number it gives you a 770-216-7337. The staff is very friendly and compassionate as well. The waiting room is not large but not small. There is a tv with a fun movie usually playing for the children. The wait time is normal. I usually wait 10 minutes in the patient room before we see the doctor. Not too long. The office is clean, up to date and I love how the patient rooms have windows, so you can see outside! Dr. Waters builds a relationship with you and your children. She remembers who you are when you come. We usually make it into the office about 2-3 times a year. One is for our well visit.
