We had been there for years with both of our kids until they switched doctors and it has rapidly gone downhill ever since. The front office staff are particularly rude and unhelpful. The last straw which brought me to this review has been where we finally decided to switch pediatric offices. We have run into snag after snag with the front office in that they flatly refuse to switch our children's records over quicker than what the law allows. According to the office individual we have been dealing with, they do not have to move them any quicker than 30 days and that's what they intend to do. After this was popped off at my wife, they hung up the phone and refuse to answer the office phone when her number shows on the caller ID. My understanding from other parents is that they are holding the records and making the parents then come in to personally pick them and then charging them a fee to do so. Not sure how that's legal, but I'm not surprised. If you're looking for quality care, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

This is a great place with a great staff. They're always cheerful and get me in and out as quick as possible and I've never had any issues in dealing with medical bills or correspondence because they always get the work done that needs to be done with no complaining long work hours and keep a good attitude. I trust my life at Long Street and they've never done me wrong. Be nice and supportive because I want them to stay around! Highly recommend

The staff was quiet and rude and not friendly.. we were the ONLY patients in the whole office and were waiting for 20 minutes. After sitting and waiting and looking around the office more and more we actually got up and I asked the lady at the front to delete my chart that we were leaving. There's a big "No smoking" sign by the front door not very nice to broadcast in a children's clinic. I don't know how this place has not been shut down yet. Not to mention the doctor's picture when you google the practice looks like a mug shot. Not a very good look. If your thinking of bringing your children here. RUN

There is a tv with a fun movie usually playing for the children. The wait time is normal. I usually wait 10 minutes in the patient room before we see the doctor. Not too long. The office is clean, up to date and I love how the patient rooms have windows, so you can see outside! Dr. Waters builds a relationship with you and your children. She remembers who you are when you come. We usually make it into the office about 2-3 times a year. One is for our well visit.

HOWEVER, her delivery of the information was no less than absolutely traumatizing! As first time parents, my husband and I were completely new to this and she spoke to me as if I was intentionally harming and-or starving our child - not pausing or letting up when I was very clearly choking back extreme, whole-body sobs. Our own pediatrician has since relieved us of any guilt and clarified that our son wasn't even close to being a concern for jaundice. I fully believe we supplemented too soon. This experience changed my breastfeeding journey, as my son began to prefer the ease of the bottle and grew extremely fussy and lazy on the breast. I will remember Dr. Smith for the rest of my life, and not in a good way.
