HORRIBLE PLACE AVOID AT ALL COST. They make you fill out an application that will be used to determine if your child is worthy of being seen by them. If you do not have what they consider a perfect child medically they will refuse to take your child as a patient even after they reveal that they are accepting new patients. I seen Dr. Lopez and she put my daughter on reflux medication. Her symptoms resolved. Buffy also said breastfed babies couldn't have food allergies but after to talking to someone else that is far from the truth. The staff as a whole is rude. They make you feel dumb. I even had one medical assistant laugh at me when I told her my daughter wouldn't let me lay her down because she was having a hard time breathing. (She had brohnciolitis) I never disclosed but I'm a medical assistant as well. I would never and have never treated patients like they were less than. They made me hold down my 2 month old baby to get her vaccines even though the standard practice is to allow the parents to hold the child or nurse them. The nurse giving the vaccines even laughed while doing them and my child was screaming. Today was the last straw. My daughter is sick and running a 102 fever. The office closed. They were suppose to be back opened today. No one called or left a message. They said they checked their system and I was contact yesterday. I never was. I took her to urgent care and they said follow up with her pediatrician. If you want inadequate care for your children go ahead but I'll never go there again. I'm appalled.
