His nurses are *excellent.* It is recommended that one follows through on any "0ut of the ordinary" requests involving his receptionist, i.e., preapproved drugs, off-schedule appointments. Absolutely NO OFFENSE meant, but she needs guidance and follow-up or you will be left wondering if you exist. I have made note of this to both the Dr. and his Off. Mgr. and they were most receptive to correcting the problem, which leaves me hopeful.
