Tried to get this fix a few years ago both points fingers at the other. Security Gaurd was rude , the lady that assisted me said she couldn't clean it up, I needed to talk to Medicare. Finally she ask if I brought my bith certificate, yes I did . She seemed bothered that she had to get up to make a copy , slides my Birth certificate under the glass and tells me to have a nice day. I've been paying into the system for 54 years. From 1 to 10. I give that office a zero.

This location is super close to my house and while I don't visit too often, I do visit enough to know that it is a great spot. There are books galore as well as so many other items for the public including seeds for planting, activities to complete and groups to join. While I listen to audiobooks mostly through hoopla or libby, they do also have some audiobooks on cd that are available when the ones online are not available so this is a win for me when I want to listen to a book and not have to wait. The librarians are so nice and super helpful and keep the space well organized and maintained.

The Lady behind the counter, who I watched waiting on 2-different clients at the same time. She kept them both busy, I was amazed how she kept this up almost non stop Her name was Veronica and she should be commended on her work ethics. Veronica gave me a telephone number to call verify in Jefferson city, they in turn asked me to have her call the HELP DESK. She did so and made the Transfer, after I received the new Title a week later. Veronica apologized to me and told me that she had be taught that couldn't be done. She is a valuable employee and sold be recognized as such. I'm sure she will pass this information on to others in the office. Thank-you Veronica, Mike P.

I will forever wonder what was in the box, why it needed to be shipped, why the person didn't want to close the box, where it was going, how far it got, whether this was viewed as a negative outcome and by whom, etc.

Fenton post office is a very small branch that was opened years ago. Like many things, the…read morepopulation explosion/expansion has really stressed this little branch to the max. It is always busy, but has maintained the small town ambiance. They have roughly 3 stations running at all times. Friendly atmosphere in spite of the sometimes long lines. They do have an outside drop off mail box which is very convenient.

Over the years it has gotten quite busy here and the lines are long; leading to frustration. One new thing they are doing: there is now a person at the door going over and making sure you have the correct paperwork BEFORE you get in line. I thought I had all the correct paperwork, but Elaina who was working the door, went through it and pointed out one more item I needed. This helped me tremendously and I did not have to wait to get up to the counter to find out. Once I had the correct paperwork, Elaina sent me to the counter Krista then helped me. She was awesome! She took care of everything and I was out in a reasonable amount of time. Both Elaina and Krista represented the company in only the best of experience that day.
