Most recently, I had a couple spots repaired (a fender scraped against the garage door, and a dented/scratched passenger side door) on my beloved "Blue Magnetism"-colored Prius Prime. I was really worried that the paint could not be matched well, since it is kind of an unusual color. But American Auto Body knocked it out of the park! My Toyota emblem randomly fell off but I was cleaning snow off my car and it was randomly gone. They said I hit something but the marks had been there 3 years prior and I have proof of all of this. They told me they would fix the mirror BUT I HAVE TO PAY $50,( the mirror is $15 at AutoParts) even though it was their mistake to begin with. I would NEVER recommend this place. My insurance company's partner shop wasn't available until several weeks later and it was too far away. I found Boruske bros on Yelp with one of the best ratings near the Clifton area. I was too anxious that it was going to be so complicated like most mechanic visits and that they might overcharge me with BS services. When I got there, I met Brad who was very nice. With a quick look he easily determined that that my car might be a total loss. I was so convinced I just had a broken bumper! He explained what a total loss was and what my options were. He even talked to my insurance company for me. I usually try to figure things out in time but I didn't even have to do anything thIs time. He made sure I got offered rental services, which I turned down initially so he offered me a ride to work. The lady who drove me was very nice, too. I left my car at their shop until I had the chance to collect my stuff and they let me drop off my rental at their shop too, all for FREE! Of course my insurance company paid for car storage but there was nothing to inconvenience me. My transition to my new car was waaaaaaay smoother than my previous car purchase all because of the help from Brad and his crew. Finally, John, another employee there gave me a ride home when I left my rental and collected my stuff. I asked Brad if he was sure I didn't need to pay for anything at all as I'm always skeptical. It was too good to be true but it was true. I am so happy not only with the service but also with meeting all these nice people. They're genuinely friendly and helpful.

Once it was in and painted (very fast turn around), they actually came to my house to pick up my car, made the repairs, and dropped it off within hours. Super fast and convenient! Two "negatives" that I will say is that they are busy so you can't expect to get your vehicle in right away and the hours and days are limited but those are certainly worth dealing with for the service you get here. They are very honest and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you things you don't really need. They work to keep costs down and when they fix something it is fixed. They care about their customers and their cars. They are probably less expensive then anywhere else I have been as well. They have even done some minor things on our vehicles and not charged us. I even trust them working on my classic car. They are an old school type garage, but can do the work needed on newer vehicles. Two other tips about this place, they have their own tow truck so can come and pick your vehicle up if needed, no it's no free but less then a regular tow company, and you can also get great deals on tires here.
