We were working with an insurance agent that wasn't super responsive, but Jake continued to keep us updated on everything, and got our car back to us so fast once he had what he needed. Would absolutely use them again for any car repairs

I am giving this shop a two-star review because its relationship with the Alexandria Enterprise…read morebranch materially worsened my overall repair experience. The Enterprise representative arrived late to the shop, the terms of the additional rental protection were not clearly explained, and Enterprise subsequently failed to honor repeated assurances that the resulting charge would be refunded. After weeks of calls and promised follow-up, the local branch ultimately refused to resolve the matter. A repair facility's business partners are part of the customer experience. When a shop maintains a working relationship with a rental branch, customers reasonably expect that relationship not to create additional delays, unclear charges, and weeks of unresolved problems. My experience with that relationship has seriously undermined my confidence in using this facility again, which is disappointing because my experience was otherwise professional and expedient.

Boruske Brothers was great! I needed a side mirror replaced after someone hit it and took it off…read more They were quick with an estimate and it was very transparent with the breakdown of cost. When the dealership sent the wrong part they were great with getting my car back to me quickly while they waited on the correct part. Once it was in and painted (very fast turn around), they actually came to my house to pick up my car, made the repairs, and dropped it off within hours. Super fast and convenient! Their communication throughout the entire process was AMAZING! And every member of the staff I had contact with were professional and extremely kind. I will definitely be shouting my recommendations from the rooftops! Thanks for everything, Brouske Brothers!

Total scam - not run by trustworthy people. I was asked by State Farm to take my vehicle into a…read moreselect location for a quote. CARSTAR Center City was the nearest location, so I went with it. They then refused to send the quote into the insurance company until I promised to do the work through them instead of my repair shop of choice. I again asked that they send in the quote, they said they would, then later the State Farm agent told me they contacted the location and that the quote would not be sent in. I was lied to; this practice is just wrong, and CARSTAR wasted my time - all over a minor repair job. You've earned a 1 star review; I hope losing a customer was worth it.

I came to Center City Collision on the recommendation of a friend and was glad I did. I was in an…read moreaccident and completely totaled the front end of my car; over $10K worth of damage. The amount of work that needed to be done was extensive and I was completely out of my element with what to do. I'm so glad I came to Center City. I don't want anyone to miss these key points I experienced so if you only read a little know this: Center City Collision has: Great Customer Service, Commitment to Quality and Safety, Excellent Communication. And here's why: Great Customer Service: I closed on a house the day my car was supposed to be ready and Chris told me not to worry and to just reach out to him when I was ready; that impressed me. The day I picked up the car, I called ahead and asked if they could check the gas tank (I seriously had just filled it up before the accident and after buying the house and paying for the car, I was a little budget conscious, lol). The receptionist (I can't remember her name but I know she's getting married so I want to give her a shout out ; )) gladly checked the gas level for me. Randy helped me get me situated in the car when I picked it up and encouraged me to contact with ANY questions or concerns. They also covered the rental car costs after my insurance coverage was up. Commitment to Quality and Safety: What impressed me the most was that they truly stood by their words that safety and quality were the most important considerations. There was a sensor that they could not reset without special equipment. They partnered with another shop, which spent $1K to update software, to be able to reset the airbag sensor. When that didn't work, they worked directly with the Subaru dealership to have the problem fixed. Excellent Communication: Due to the amount of work that needed to be done (basically had the front end of my car rebuilt), it took several weeks for the repairs to be completed. Chris contacted me consistently to give me updates and explain what was going on with the car. That sent my mind at ease. After the accident, the communication with the tow company and my insurance were not at all proactive. This was not at all the case with Center City. They made what was a pretty traumatic experience have a positive ending.

This place is a joke. It ultimately took 9 WEEKS to get our vehicle back. (1/21 - 3/23)…read more First, it took 7 weeks to get the car fixed, no communication unless we called them. It was always "by the end of next week" or "we're just waiting on one more part to get approved"... but multiple times. Also, supposedly someone quit so the mechanics were backed up. Every call was answered with an excuse of why it wasn't ready yet and not providing a realistic timeline. Never once did they call us. Then when we went to pick it up after 7+ weeks (because we called again to see if it was ready yet), we noticed **NEW DAMAGE** to the car! They were skeptical until they went back thru the drop-off photos. Unbelievable! 9 WEEKS... That's 9 weeks without a car or timeline, which is unreasonable for most working adults. Pick up was a joke, too. I told Bob the whole thing has been a pain in the ass, and he just shrugged. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, even if their timing was flexible. PROs: + conveniently located off 471 Wilder exit + great bodywork + insurance accepted CONs: - no proactive communication - lack of customer service - excuses / no accountability - long wait time - untrustworthy, may add damage
