I am so happy I chose Dr. Healy. Here's my story. Over the last 2.5 years I naturally lost 125lbs through diet and exercise. I got my self down to 10% body fat, and competed in a bodybuilding competition. I was happy with my progress and how far I had come. There was just two things I couldn't stand- the skin on my stomach and breasts. I had grips of loose skin that you could grab on my belly, and my breasts were the same. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way my breasts looked particularly, because I could even wear a regular bra with out getting wrinkles. Anyways back to doctor Healy. I was able to get into my appointment with in two weeks. My fiance treated me to my first Hydrofacial today. I have waited a while to get one done. So i was so excited when the day had finally come. Enrique was very nice and really informative. He will ask you what are your concerns and what you want to achieve. He will use products that will target what you want and need. He will also recommend what products you should be using after your treatment. He also will tell you step by step on what he will do next if thats you would like him to do and he does it in a very soothing voice so you are still in a relax mode. Super professional but you can also tell he likes to create a relationship with his patients to make them feel more comfortable , especially with making big decisions like plastic surgery. They provide everything ! I watched hundreds of videos of girls doing breast augmentations and they always buy their own things.. Here, they provide 2 sports bra ! ( 1 coming out of surgery and 1 for back up) AND scar cream ! I have had many facials but none has come close to the one I had today! I learned about Healy Plastic Surgery & Medi Spa through a facial I bought through Groupon. I made an appointment a couple of months ago, but due to an overwhelming response, I was double booked and the girl who took my number was off by one digit so they couldn't reach me to tell me. I called when I was at Pearlridge (I decided since I was out that way, I would go a little earlier and walk around the mall) and they said they were trying to get ahold of me to tell me my facial was at 12:00 noon instead of 10:30 as originally booked. Walked around Pearlridge and bought a couple of things and then went across the street to get my facial. I had the pleasure of being on the receiving end of Sandra's facial and massage! What a great facial (so relaxing, and she is very funny and compassionate). She asked if anything bothered me (not too much steam as sometimes my asthma will decide to kick in) and made sure I was comfortable during that process and kept asking me if I was alright. She then proceeded to tell me what products to use to help some of the problems areas I had (did not PUSH any products on me) but merely suggested what to use. I had mentioned that I LOVED hand massages, so she spent a little extra time on my arms and hands. She also gave me a scalp massage (and a foot massage because I mentioned to her I needed a pedicure soon.) Needless to say, when it was over, I could have stayed on the table for a couple of more hours as I was soooo relaxed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting a facial from Sandra. You won't regret it. I just had a fabulous massage at Dr. Healy's Office. The massage therapist took her time to discuss my problematic areas that I needed work on. This really helped in soothing and relaxing me to the fullest. I recommend the massages there totally awesome. And if you are in the military like me this is an especially great treat. I'm giving this review 1 star due to the lack of professionalism. I came in on 06/05/19 for my consultation for facial fillers. I was soon introduced to the injector Katie after filling out paperwork upon my check in. I explained to her that my goal was to get rid of the hollowness I have in my under eye area. She thoroughly explained to me what areas she would work on to achieve my goal & talked me through the entire injection process. Before we did the injections she took before pictures of my under eyes. I ended up using a total of 1 syringe of the voluma fillers that she recommended. At the end of the service I looked 1000 times better than I ever did! So let's fast forward to 2 weeks later: I scheduled a follow up appointment on 06/25/19 to see Katie about my fillers because it looked like my under eye area was back to its hollow, sunken look. Katie brought out my before pics from our last appointment and took new pics that same day to do a comparison. I saw no visible difference & felt really unhappy about spending over $700 in something that made me look exactly the same. So Katie stepped out to talk to her manager Jackie to see what she could do to accommodate me. Jackie walks in mins later to tell me that my body is probably metabolizing the Hyaluronic Acid faster than most people do (even tho it's only been 2 weeks since my injection??) So Jackie asked me what she can do to make me happy & I explained to her that I wanted to see more visible results. So instead of being professional, Jackie kept insisting "Well I can't give anything to you for free" over and over again to the point where I had to stop her and say "I'm not asking for anything for free. I just want the result I was looking for." She offered to fix it but I'd have to pay for the additional injections with a $100 discount. Why would I want to pay even more for fillers that my body is apparently metabolizing fast? I left their clinic confused and upset so I called to get ahold of Jeff Healy so I could discuss my concerns. Jackie told me he would get back to me within a week. It's been 2 week since I made that phone call and still haven't received a call back. I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism this establishment holds considering this is a cosmetic beauty clinic. If I'm paying hundreds of dollars for injections they should at least service me properly. read more

From the minute I walked into my appointment, I knew I made the right decision to go with Dr Healy. He explained every aspect of my procedure (tummy tuck, muscle repair, and lipo) and answered all my questions completely and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Yes I was a little nervous, this was a big decision for me, but he let me know I was in good hands. Wow! What an amazing Doctor and staff at Dr. Healy's Office. I had surgery yesterday morning and it's been a wonderful experience. From the first appointment to the pre-op appointment to the calls/talks with Jackie the patient coordinator in between. Her and Dr. Healy made me feel so comfortable with everything in the beginning. They made sure to listen to what I wanted and to my concerns. This was my third doctor that I had checked out and I knew the first meeting he would be the one I chose. They are so professional too and make you feel so much at ease. I was definitely very nervous going in to surgery but the entire staff made me feel better. The anesthesiologist he brings in are the best and that definitely showed when I met him and his nurse before surgery. They could tell I was scared (I was mostly scared about being put to sleep) but he and his nurse talked with me about the process and let me ask any questions I had. They really made me feel important and cared for especially when they asked about my family, kids, etc. just really made me feel more at ease. Once I was done with them Dr, Healy came into make sure I was all ready and he too made me feel more at ease again. He took me back to OR and got me ready. Next thing you know I was in recovery! And the recovery nurse was AMAZING! I don't know her name but will find out. She was by far the best nurse I've ever dealt with! Loved her so much!! Doctor Healy and his staff is beyond AMAZING!!! His office is very welcoming and Erica at the front desk is such a sweetheart. This is my first time getting anything done. I had my first consultations in October 2015, at the time I wasn't ready for the procedure due to my divorce and clearing that debt. However I had 2 more free consultations since October and the price of the service never changed. In fact I received a discount because one of his prior patience referred me. I had consulted with 2 other plastic surgeons prior to Dr.Healy and I felt like I was being sold a product (like a car) instead of a service. When I met with Dr.Healy he was very polite, professional and informative. He was very open about all the details to a breast augmentation, the risks, the results, all the options i have etc. a bonus is his cost includes anesthesia (which the other 2 doctors didn't. Once actually took cash only for that expense which seemed a little shady) and 5 follow up visits in the first year. And then an annual check up every year. You can tell he absolutely cares about All his patients. at the end of the consultation I knew I wanted to go to him. I just did my breast augmentation yesterday and so far so good. Dr.Healy uses innovative up to date technology which makes my recovery smooth and with minimal pain. He also called myself and my boyfriend last night to check on me. I am a little upset as I was referred to Dr Healy by my surgeon after a mastectomy. After radiation and chemo, it took everything in me to call for an appointment. I asked if they took my particular insurance, as my reconstruction is fully covered by my insurance. I was told that he does not take any insurances at all. Dr. Healy is amazing, very professional, personable and has a wonderful bedside manner! Finding great doctors like him seems to be rare these days! I totally trust him! For quite a while I have struggled with this extra "tire" around my belly area. I have tried diet, exercise, fitness programs and could never seems to get rid of it! I met Dr. Healy and his wife, Jackie, over a year ago and learned about their Healy Plastic Surgery & Medispa. I was so excited thinking that this could possibly be my solution! I scheduled a consultation with them to learn more. Dr. Healy was fabulous in explaining options, the procedures, answering my many questions and even showing pictures (I'm a visual learner!). Jackie was great with walking me through the requirements, financials, and was very encouraging and supportive. Neither of them were pushy for me to make my decision, which I appreciated. I took some time to really think about this important decision! It has now been about 7 weeks since my Tummy Tuck and I am so happy I made this decision! I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
