The billing on the other hand has been problematic. We were invoiced for an amount not discussed for a solution that did not solve the issue. After some emails, that amount was supposed to be credited to the bill where the problem was actually fixed. However the credit was short $30 when we finally received and reviewed the final bill. We were also told as a reason for delay that the receipt was at one point sent to the wrong email, which is a privacy concern for us. Competent repair service, but we would not use again because of the billing concerns.

He showed up right on time and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour that the other company couldn't do in a whole week. Mr. Motts has a great reputation with a close friend who is an AC contractor and he comes highly recommended. He was on time, knowledgeable, skilled and experienced (30+ years) and friendly. I submitted my issue to Finlee Electric Thursday night, was contacted Friday morning and given the opportunity for Isaac to stop by later that afternoon. Isaac called me on his way in, arrived on time and within the window he had said he would, was personable and professional, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes! Wasn't pressured into buying any higher quality service plans or tiers or anything predatory like that, everything was described to me clearly, and I felt confident in paying for the parts and labor. Knocked out my problem without any pressure and I felt like the cost was a great value given my problem. We called…read moreour regular plumber, Blue Dragon (Gilbert Jimenez, who is amazingly nice and good at what he does, btw) and he was so busy, he recommended Fabian Ramirez at Jessi's Plumbers. We called on a Sunday evening, and even though they too were super busy, they made time for us, and spent time on the phone with us to help figure out what the issue might be before they even got here. Sure enough, what they'd guessed was the issue. Also- they recommended some folks to come in and fix the drywall/insulation issue for when they'd finished the initial repair. And best of all, they coordinated with the drywall repair folks so that when Fabian was finished, the drywall repair folks stepped right in- same day, full repair Aaron's Home Repair Services, also really good at what they do!). Fabian took care to cover the area beneath the leak just in case something unexpected happened. He fixed the issue, pointed out some items we might want to fix sooner or later- not because he was drumming up more business for himself, but rather he was showing us what should be next on our home repair list in that bathroom so we could avoid future extra drywall etc repairs. Very thoughtful. He was clear and concise with the suggestions he made, his rates are fantastic for the work that he did, and the fact that he went the extra mile coordinating without my having to be the go-between really made me feel respected and taken care-of as a client. We will DEFINITELY hire him again!

We replaced our gas stove with an electric; however, there was no gas shut off behind the stove. We called several different plumbers to get a price to put in a gas shut off valve; however, no plumbing company that we called would give us a price over the phone. They all wanted to send a plumber out charging a service fee. Then we called Jessi's Plumbers, and Fabien told us that we should haver a gas shut off valve and to look in the cabinets. We looked in the cabinets and found the gas shut off. The next time I need a plumber, I am calling Jessi's plumbing.

He spent a lot of time.. most of the day actually.. putting the three pieces together. At the end of the day he said it's $350, is that ok? I looked at him like.. It would have been ok if he had told me that earlier like I had asked him to do.. I paid him more than double his original estimate and showed him out. Either he misunderstood me or he's a terrible estimator. Either way, I won't use him again. The time to tell me that this was more complex than you had originally estimated was right after I had asked you to tell me if it was going to cost more than your estimate. The timing seems to be the problem, doesn't it?
