Need to try again. Food was phenomenal, service was pretty terrible. We ordered 2 kids tenders, 3…read moretacos, loop burger, loop chicken sandwich, broasted chicken, and Hawaiian pizza. While the taste was 100% on point, half the food came out cold, I including the two $4 up-charged haystack onions. So disappointing. We asked for no pickle on one thing, no onion on another. Both came out with the ingredients we didn't want. We were charged for sauces (honey mustard and ranch) for the kids tenders when no one mentioned it being extra (shouldn't tenders COME with sauce?) NEVER asked if we wanted refills on drinks or checked on us. It was a Tuesday night and it took an hour and 5 minutes to get us our food. Yes we were a group of 9 but it was 3 kids and not that busy. Only seemed to be 2 waitstaff for the whole place. Just no attention paid to actual orders, and next to no regard for checking on guests. Again, the food was amazing, so I'm just hoping it was an off night. We'll visit again to verify.
