Chicken dumpling soup, and Brocoli and cheese were ok. My wife had Pork and Gravy. The pork tasted freezer burned, and was overcooked like shoe leather. I had open faced Turkey sandwich with Gravy and it was alright. They did have a big selection of pies and desserts.. I never tried them. Service was medocre. While the waitress did a good job refilling drinks. They acted as if they didn't want to be there. It wasn't exactally service with a smile. One employee got snippy with my wife. They didn't offer "tap and pay" which made me go out to the car to get my debit card. Not that I really care, but they could have been a little more polite when I asked if they had it. Best damn bacon cheeseburger and fries I've had in a long time. Highly recommend chicken noodle soup.

We stopped at an off time on a week day but were greeted with very friendly service and delicious food. Our children all had pancakes, which they all devoured, husband had a huge breakfast skillet and I had a turkey melt on rye. Everything was delicious, did lack a little salt but I'd rather add some than be served something too salty. Overall a nice meal and if we find ourselves in the area again, we'll make another stop! read more

Let me preface this by saying it has been about 30 years since I've been to Pine Ridge Restaurant. The last time they were still at their old location. We stopped Sunday morning for breakfast on our way home from Minocqua. Everything was very good. Breakfast meals we ordered included: biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and eggs with bacon, potatoes, and toast. Everyone in my family said the food was delicious. Waitress was very prompt and courteous. Food arrived quickly as well. I don't have any complaints from our breakfast. read more

Not a good place to eat. Food is always super greasy and tastes old. Always got a stomach ache after eating here so stopped going.

They are unable to poach an egg. I've given it three times now and the center is always rock hard. Not to mention the last breakfast I had there the wrong thing was brought to me and the waitress told me this upon bringing it to me. "I realize this isn't what you ordered but atleast you got something." I've never experienced anything like that and had no idea how to respond. Had the fried chicken blood dripping out of it when it was served. Asked for senior discount the waitress gave it to me when I paid the owner he took away the discount and belittled the waitress. I gave a 2 star because of the wait staff. I will not set foot in the place again read more

You're average diner. Food is average, best when you need something greasy, fried, and salty. I like their cheeseburgers and vast selection of fresh desserts. Nice place to just sit with a cup of coffee and chat. read more

Food was just alright, nothing better than your basic processed food. Nothing changed from previous restaurant in other location.

The experience here really depends on who is serving you. I respect the waitresses who are friendly and want you to have a good time there. Not all their staff are so pleasant though. Their breakfast is best, but dinner is what you expect with diner food. All in all, it's one of the better places to visit in town. read more
