The pickle bar had dry sauerkraut and the pickles were mushy. Got home 8 hours ago and I'm still sick as a dog. My wife ordered her regular turkey sandwich with Russian dressing- turkey is always dry but this tasted old, old and dry. She threw out the 1/2 sandwich she couldn't eat. Even the iced tea was off- too strong and warm even with the ice cubes in it- I guess it was just brewed. Our server was mostly M.I.A.

Next time I'm gonna ask them to toast the bread I'm telling you, it was one dank sandwich; and as it's one of those small little office building delis, the prices were on point. I got that sandwich and a bag of pretzels with everything bagel seasoning on it for 8.65. I wish they had a few more options for sides. They had pasta salad in the little drink/accessory fridge, but it didn't look to fantastic. They had bags of chips and muffins/danishes... but that's about it. Some coleslaw/ potato salad/ egg salad etc would be nice. You'll definitely see me back at St. Elmo Deli soon. Until they put a Jersey Mikes in Bethesda... ( dang I love me some Jersey Mikes), this is a solid cheap lunch option.
