Hubby ordered Bolognese and it was delicious, I love the meatballs they used and it is not salty at all, and I ordered braised beef sandwich. The sandwich is tasty and they put a lot of beef together with arugula. The combination of arugula and the dressing made the sandwich tasty. For drinks I ordered mango matcha, it is more of mango flavor with a little of matcha. And for the dessert we shared a plate of strawberry shortcake. It was delicious and sinful. Our waitress was the best, very attentive and refilled hubby's drink. The restaurant is huge and lots of people for lunch, I'm not sure if they were locals or tourists. I miss their lemon bar I wish they offer it again. read more

Quality really went down here. Waited over an hour for food. Service slow (not enough servers). Food was not cooked - my daughter mac and cheese with unmelted cheese chunks and my chicken. When the waitress finally came by, told her the chicken was pink and not cooked. She went to the manager who said, 'that is how it is supposed to look.' I'm sorry, but chicken should not be pink. The manager never even came over to discuss. Just disappointed. The waitress was nice, but overwhelmed as only saw 2 servers for the entire place. read more

I've always found that Nordstrom has great cafes and restaurants around the U.S. Ruscello is truly a hidden gem. It is such a nice reprieve from the overly expensive dining experiences along the strip and much better than food court options in Fashion Show. We went around 2 PM and were immediately seated and helped. Their menu was a good range of small bites and full entrees at very reasonable prices. Worth every penny when you see the portion sizes too. Everything tastes fresh and well cooked. This is a nice quiet and cozy spot to really disconnect. You almost forget you're in Vegas until you see a partial Sphere view from their large windows. read more

Quick bite The server sold the role, so good! My colleague already knew what the plan was and I got on board, lol. Seated quickly after taking the ride to the 3rd floor. I have such fond memories of the small restaurant located in Nordstrom! My family used to stop in ever so often when I was a kid, so when I was at Fashion Show I knew I had to visit. I was seated a nice, quiet booth and was quickly greeted by my server. I started with their Blackberry Mocktail and I just knew I had to get their famous Tomato Soup. Omg. I really don't ever care for tomato soup, but this one is amazinggggg. The absolute best tomato soup you will ever have in your life. 1000/10. I also got a side of Truffle Fries, which were good! Next time I'm at Fashion Show, I'm definitely coming back! read more

Pass Ruscellos all the time walking through Nordstrom and never looked at the menu or thought about stopping. But I'm glad I did. Everything was really good. The French dip was delicious, upgraded to their truffle fries and that was also really good. They did run out of their truffle sauce so didn't experience that. The ravioli was super delicious. Definitely recommend giving it a go read more

Came here with a friend for lunch. We ordered the Kung pan brussel sprouts, mushroom truffle pizza, and cilantro lime chicken tacos. Our server was so sweet and really helpful. We were greeted and served really quickly. Of the food, the brussel sprouts were our favorite. 10/10! The pizza was not bad. The crust was good but didnt love the truffle flavor so much. If you like that though, definitely try it out. The tacos were just meh. They weren't bad they weren't good. Nothing special. Definitely good vibes and a nice place to check out if you're shopping. read more

We are huge fans of Nordstrom. We shop, grab coffee, and eat at the restaurants in every location we visit. Today we had Magan at Ruscello, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She was attentive, bubbly, kind, and truly embodied the level of service and warmth that makes Nordstrom stand out. And also- the chef made our food exactly how we like it (we have our same order every time!). Employees like her are exactly why we love our Nordys! read more

We were at the mall doing some shopping and decided to stop at Ruscello's for lunch. We are sure glad we did! The food and service were outstanding. Megan was delightful! So nice and incredibly friendly. We had the French Dip sandwich, a cup of Roma Tomato Soup Heirloom Tomato and Burrata appetizer and a lavender Mimosa! Everything came out quickly and tasted amazing! This is now a must eat place for us. We will be back! read more

Tucked away on the third floor inside Nordstrom is a little place called Jeannie's. I stopped in for lunch while roaming around Fashion Show Mall. The place is very clean and the service was excellent. The host was very kind, but I didn't catch his name. Demaris was my server, and she was fantastic. I started with a water and lemon. I've heard amazing things about the soup here, but I was intrigued by the wood fired pizza oven not far away from where I was seated. I decided to go with the chef's feature, a mushroom and Boursin cheese pizza, which came with caramelized onions, Asiago, parmesan, and fresh thyme. The crushed peppers that were provided were actually spicy, so I appreciated that. The food was filling, and I enjoyed the handmade pizza. I couldn't finish it all, so I packed up the rest to take away. It wasn't busy, just a few people besides me dining in at the time. The atmosphere is quite nice. It's really classy. Prices are reasonable, and I would love to come back to try more food. read more

This is the perfect place to take a break and grab a bite during a day of shopping. Food and service are always great. I'm so glad they added the cheddar chive biscuit as a stand alone item - you used to only be able to order it as part of the biscuits and gravy entree. The biscuit is delicious and filling! Their avocado toast comes with a small salad and is fantastic. My new favorite menu item. If you've lived in Vegas long enough, you'll remember the old Nordstrom Cafe (which I loved and still miss). But Jeannie's is the next best thing. read more

We absolutely love this place and come here often--especially because my son loves it just as much as I do. From the moment we walk in, the vibes are welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely happy. It's one of those spots that just feels good to be in. The food is consistently delicious--fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot. It's clear a lot of care goes into what they serve, and it shows every single time. I also want to specifically rave about the staff and management. The managers are always respectful, kind, and professional--not just to us, but to everyone around them. You can tell they truly care about their team and their guests, and that energy carries throughout the whole restaurant. We've only ever had positive, pleasant experiences. It's disappointing to see negative reviews that don't reflect the reality we've experienced time and time again. This place is full of good people, good energy, and really great food. We'll continue coming back and recommending it to friends and family without hesitation. Special shoutout to Kristi, Zoila, Magan, Stephanie and Haley! You all are literally always amazing and we appreciate you xo read more

Located inside Nordstrom, on 3rd floor, this little restaurant has some appealing food. I ordered the Honey Dijon Cobb Salad with chicken, iced tea, and Lemon Ricotta Cookie. Well portioned. EVERYTHING was outstanding and delicious! Very flavorful and tasty! The service lacked, and therefore, we felt mostly ignored and neglected. They weren't attentive, at all. Very disappointed with their customer service. Service fell short. But I would return, in the far away future. read more

Love eating at the Nordstrom Cafe. Hubby and I have gotten the same thing for years and it is always delicious and hits the spot while shopping. This is the only Nordstrom Cafe I've been to that is known as something other than simply Nordstrom Cafe. Jeannie's seems to offer more choices than the typical Nordstrom Cafe as well with gelato and affogato choices. We ordered the Roasted Turkey and Avocado Club sandwich split for 2 with the fries that have the kalamata olive aïoli. Yum! It's the exact right amount of food for two. I can never pass up affogato so knew I had to try it when I saw it on Jeannie's menu. This is an impressive affogato and a great deal for the price considering you are on strip. The espresso and gelato come separate so that you can make it at your table. It also comes with 2 caramels! read more

Every visit to Las Vegas, we make a stop here for lunch. This restaurant is located inside Nordstrom at the Fashion Show Mall. The ambiance is nice and quiet. Not too crowded. Customer service is beyond phenomenal reason why we always returned. Of course, our orders consistently are grilled cheese sandwiches with their famous tomato basil soup! So good! Chicken tenders with potatoes and green beans on the side for kids were delicious. Had ordered some crostinis to dip into the soup for a savory enjoyable taste. For dessert we had Vanilla flavored gelato and it was scrumptious. Everything looked good on the menu, therefore we will check them out on our next trip to Vegas. read more

Vegas never disappoints and this cute restaurant put the purrfect touch to winding down after walking all morning and our lil shopping spree...the food, fantastic! I have dined many times at Ruscello's. It is truly a jewel of the Fashion Show Mall. It is always a great experience. I especially like the grilled salmon, I have had it with a salad, and with pasta. Delicious! Sandwiches and soups also great. Love the chicken noodle and turkey pot pie! For sandwiches, I recommend the turkey club and Nordstrom burger. Every visit is a delight. All of the servers are amazing, and I can tell the manager takes great pride in them. I love the way she asks the customers if they are enjoying their meal. Delicious food and great service. Will definitely be back. Loved the decor of the place

A nice little restaurant tucked away on the third floor of Nordstroms. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is very good quality. My only complaint is that they changed their pizza Margherita. Rather than a pizza with red sauce and fresh mozzarella, they now make it with little to no sauce, and shredded mozzarella... so basically not a Margherita... why do people do these things. Anyway, we were cold and tired and stopped in here. The server was wonderful and the food delicious... mostly read more

Head to the 3rd floor at Nordstrom's Fashion Show Las Vegas to find Jeannie's. Not only is their signature Tomato Basil soup delicious, you must save room for an AFFOGATO! Always a favorite to close out my meal...hot, rich espresso, poured over vanilla bean ice cream and two chocolate covered sea salt caramels - just delicious! The Kale appetizer with pine nuts & Parmesan is fresh and tangy. Beecher's Grilled Cheese reminds me of Seattle - cheesy goodness, Spicy Shrimp pasta is packed with capers and tomato flavor, and the Prime Rib French Dip with French fries is a solid combo. Customer service is always wonderful. The dining area is spacious and clean. A peek through the windows is Fashion Show's "Cloud" in the distance. Love Nordy's and the convenient dining options! I love this cute restaurant/cafe located inside the Nordstrom at the Fashion Show Mall. I always do Nordstrom pick up and head upstairs to indulge for a while. I've eaten at this location approximately 5 times, most recently was yesterday afternoon. 4/22/2023. I have eaten at the Jeanie's in Schaumburg at Woodfield Mall in Illinois and the menu was similar except for the drinks menu. The staff here in Vegas are the best. I wish I had names to name, but I had actually not planned on leaving a review. I'm probably returning again today with my children and this is what helped me to realize that I absolutely love eating here. My favorites are the Clam Chowder and the Ginger Sesame Salad. Yesterday I added chicken to the salad which I don't typically do. The chicken was well seasoned and a nice addition. I need to get more protein and so I was forcing myself. M husband likes the pasta, he has tried to he gluten free version, but he says it's too mushy, otherwise the sauce and everything is to his liking. Yesterday he got the steak with spinach and added some green beans. He loved it! We also had the calamari appetizer and I enjoyed the creme brûlée and a cappuccino. There is a mixed drink that we get from the bar, but I don't have the name at this time. read more
