The breakfast was yummy - an apple Dutch baby (YUM), ham, yogurt, berries, and jam. She also provides cream, coffee and a French press. We rented the Rhododendron flat so we could have two rooms. It comes with a kitchenette with the coffee, tea, mini fridge, etc. The sitting parlor was lovely and the bathroom is pretty. The beds were comfortable and the establishment was pleasant and quiet.

There is no A/C in the rooms other than a ceiling fan which thankfully it did not get too hot here otherwise it would be unbearable. The rooms smelled a little musty until we opened the windows and got some fresh air into the room. There is also no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up a very steep and long stairwell....not for the faint of heart or the elderly. The place has potential but it needs some serious work and updating in order to be a place that I would come back to.
