That's when Jana told me she had lost all of my information and had no way to contact me. What is even more disappointing is that we are loyal, weekly customers. I would have never expected such a drastic difference in customer service when I came in to plan one of the most important events of our lives. Mistakes happen, but any communication over the course of 92 days would have completely changed this experience. At that point, she became extremely rude, started yelling at me, ordered me to leave, and threatened to call the police. When I said, "Fine, I'll take this pretzel to the health department," she immediately grabbed the plate from my hands. She appeared furious, and I genuinely felt intimidated. She continued shouting throughout the interaction. I would also like to note that I did not consume any alcohol that evening. We ordered two glasses of cola, which cost $11 and were watery and disappointing. This was not my first issue with this business.
