They gave me a box and the letter of the 2025 GTS but gave me 2024 year GTS. I called and the woman who answered the phone said she was a manager said all they are required to give you is a GTS. Nothing to do with year or batch. Pathetic do not spend money at Total Wine. All they're worried about is selling you the spirits direct garbage because that's how the managers make their bonuses. They are always in such good moods! They are talkative but not in an intrusive or annoying way. We realized one of our favorite guys must have been working there for 3-4 years, he has been serving my friends since we met as this is their regular stop for booze before they come over. I also have a favorite guy who works in the morning. He never judges lol! (I work nights people) They are also helpful when you need to choose a wine. We really enjoy this place and the staff. They must be doing something right to retain wonderful staff for years. The selection of beer, wine, and spirits is just fine. They don't have Nitro Milk Stout though, but I bet if I asked they would stock some. My only complaint is that the beer is often room temp, it's never cold. I should add once I got a gift for a friend and they wrapped in it a really nice bag and tied a fancy bow, for no charge!

The store is small and doesn't have the biggest selection but they have a little bit of everything you could want/need. The prices are a little higher than the liquor stores I frequent in the Springs but that could just be a cost of living type thing. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service we received. Most liquor stores are family-owned mom and pop shops but I never find the staff to be very friendly or interested in providing service. The man working here last night (4/24/2019) was so friendly and kind that my husband and I both commented on his friendliness as soon as we left. It's not hard to be friendly and let your customers know that you appreciate them, but it goes a long way and you'd be surprised how many small business owners miss out on that opportunity. If we lived in the area we would definitely shop here regularly just based on the service alone, even if the prices or selection aren't quite as competitive as others in the area.

I…read morelive in the Hampden Heights area and this store is only 2 miles from the house and is always stocked with anything you need. It's conveniently located off of Hamden & Yosemite with plenty of parking and several registers with a full staff so you rarely need to wait longer than a minute or two. The best part of shopping here is the rewards program they implemented about a year ago. You get 1 point for every dollar you spend and $100 = $5 off. I've also shopped at Total Wine many times and part of their rewards program but since becoming a rewards member with them over 5 years ago I have yet to get a discount. The pricing is cheaper than any stores in the areas and they also offer delivery! I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a direct mail piece a couple of weeks ago for 10% off my next purchase. Great job knowing who your target customers are! Also for figuring out how to keep those of us who like to escape to a far away galaxy with a few cocktails coming back for more! Wishing this store continued success and appreciate all of the staff
