I've been Wing Wednesday at JD's twice now and I have mixed feelings It's supposed to be $1 per traditional wing but my partner and I both got a 10 piece and three beers between the two of us and we ended up being charged $60??? Very confused. It just definitely isn't worth $60 for bar food. Maybe we were incorrectly charged but we couldn't get the servers attention to get a receipt. Large venue, really good hamburgers, really really good hamburgers definitely a hand patty. My kids loved their flatbread never been here after 4 PM but it's always pretty empty during the day and there are some video games and air hockey..Just wish there could be better service on the front end.. each time weve been here we catch a lot of attitude from the daytime server, usually the same lady everytime. read more

I've been to JD's about six times now and I definitely enjoy eating/hanging out there. Great atmosphere for Altus, OK. Pretty good food overall. There is constantly a draft of you are sitting near the door or playing pool. (The entrance door is almost in the middle of the main dining room). JD's needs to add a second outside door and a short entry way to eliminate the drafts on cold nights. 2. Axe throwing is a little overpriced. $20/person/hour is pretty steep. JD's is great! I was in Altus for a month earlier this year and this is one of the few places I tried more than once, and possibly the only local business I tried more than twice (probably 5 or 6 times). JD's had good food, a full bar, and a great atmosphere to include their axe throwing and other competitions like corn hole. What a great place that serves good food and brings the local community together! Will definitely return when I'm back in Altus! read more

The food was great. Loved the pizza. The boneless wings breading was a little hard. But tasted good. The service no so great. We sat without water for over 15 minutes and the waitress never checked or offered to refill them . Be aware when ordering the 10 wings with fries, you will be charged an extra 4 dollars if get the steak fries and no they won't tell you in advance. read more

So disappointed. Part of our was wrong and didn't receive a drink I ordered. The flatbread was doughy and raw in the middle , and the fish taco was really bad. It came with old dry raw cabbage...not slaw...the mango in the sauce/salsa was very underripe and bitter. The flour tortilla was dry and stale. Honestly not impressed. We love the Lawton location, but this location was rough. We only came here to the Altus location for the golf simulator which ended up taking a hr and half to set up. Even after set up still had a ton of issue.. not realistic- for starters that don't understand distancing.. We paid $100 for 3 hrs. We did get reimbursed but sadly that didn't make up for the poor service- waiting 30 minutes for drinks and paying for over 12 songs on touch tunes with a minimum volume after being told the volume will be turned up over 3 times. The only employ that actually had his head screwed on right was the manager, he tried his hardest to please us knowing all the issues. Bartender did not know how to pour drinks, every drink we requested we watched the bartender make them.. was not what they should have been and drowned in ice. @JD... step it up man. Very sad to see a place we love and go to frequently, so ruined at another location. But the manager guy was great only positive out of all this. He tried his hardest. But seriously we are sitting here finishing our drinks and they turn up " the wreck on Edmund Fitzgerald" but not the country we were trying to play for the 3 hrs we were here. Apparently paying$$$$ customers don't mean much here. Will never be returning to this location or the one in Lawton when we averaged in a week over a 300$ bill. Went in on a Wednesday and got sat down right away. Appetizer was great and fresh tasting, then our food came out hot and fresh.
