I had done CF back in 2013 and quit due to feeling like the box was an unsafe and rushed environment. Fast forward to September 2024, a couple of my friends invited me to try CrossFit Pegasus and it has been such an amazing experience! Dave always takes the time to explain every movement and corrects our form when needed. He pushes us to get better, but not to the point of causing injuries. This gym has a community atmosphere with kind and caring members. It is welcoming from day one. David (owner/coach) is an awesome coach and is very knowledgeable. Not only that, he is thoughtful and makes an effort to get to know every one of his members. He puts a ton of work into the gym and is always seeking to make improvements. It's a beautiful facility with everything you need for a great workout. There is even an InBody body composition machine for members to use and they offer nutrition coaching and personal training, in addition to CrossFit classes. The workouts are varied and thorough; you will find yourself getting fitter and stronger simply by showing up to class. David will always help you adjust the workout to suit your needs.
