The pool was standing water with no pump or filter going. The website said to let them know if you are celebrating anything special and they will help you celebrate! I told two staff members and nothing! The on-site restaurant was closed on our actual Anniversary so we are lucky we brought food! All in all I would not recommend this place to family or friends , we paid 200 dollars a night and it would have been nicer to stay in a hotel which had the amenities that were advertised! The staff were nice which is why I didn't make a huge deal while there!

We hiked the trails with our pup and the kids especially loved Sunrise trail at sunrise. It was so pretty! (Make sure to wear sturdy shoes on that trail because some parts are very rocky.) The front desk staff (Gita, Cat, Stephanie and the gentleman working this morning) were all very friendly. They also gave us a really cute complimentary Oklahoma park reusable bag. We were surprised the pool was still open. Beautifully maintained grounds. We love that it was also pet friendly. Make sure to check out the art gallery inside the lodge! The staff is friendly and the fairways are in great shape year round. You won't find a better course for the money. I have also bought clubs from the pro shop and found the same clubs online at a major retailer listed for $20 more than what I paid. I also must mention the Thursday night hamburger scramble. For $25 you'll have a blast on a 6 person team and everyone wins a hamburger. It's a fun event for players of all levels.

We had a tee time just hours after landing so called The Territory to check on a rental situation. Unfortunately they don't. So we started scrambling - went so far as considered buying new... Until a call from the Pro at The Territory and a genius solution and a generous member. A total stranger allowed me to borrow her clubs stored at the club. That kindness was enough to make our trip but then - we got to the course. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. And super fun track. From great drinks to the gorgeous rolling knolls of the fairways The Territory gave us a day we won't soon forget! Totally worth the drive (LOL)!
