Please make sure you hydrate before your session. I knocked it down only because of the drop in rate. Also after the first free visit you have to pay for the mats and towels you need to participate. I did not get the instructors name, but he was a little bit advanced for someone or me, who is a beginner. He made effort to explain the jabs, forms, & etc but eventually, I gave up and decided to roll with the punches & just have "fun." After the session, I came to the realization that boxing is NOT for me, it's a bit of a masculine sport & I don't think someone like me who skips a water break to put on lip gloss, is cut for a sport like this. I think I'll stick with my HIIT/StairMaster for my cardio. XONO
